I loved the last one of these videos (the Carrie prom grwm), this video's going to be great! I'm singing "see I'm smiling" from tl5y for my college class tomorrow (and I'm trying to prove myself to my lecturer so she'll let me do the song for my assessment) so wish me luck! I sang it today for my friend and she told me that she genuinely thought I was crying at the end so hopefully I do well

Right before I sang the lecturer gave a big speech about how she doesn't want anyone else to sing Jason Robert Brown and she regretted letting me do the song, she said that she doesn't think anyone with less that at least three years of experience would be able to sing this song because it's so difficult and she even sang 'Still hurting' for a performance and she couldn't get it right. Anyway this didn't phase me at all because I had been working really hard on the song and I knew I could do it justice. I got such an amazing reaction from my class that I went for it so much more that I had even done while rehearsing it! Once it was finished people in the class jumped up and started cheering and clapping and everyone gave me such good feedback afterwards. A girl in my class even said to the lecturer "looks like she proved you wrong". I'm so happy with it!
Julia was so smart to not go to college for MT because now she is on HSMTMTS which is such a more viable way into the musical theatre. Like she already has what mt graduates want without all the debt lmao
I watched Heathers the Musical for the first time two days ago...well now I’m addicted and keep watching it/listening to the soundtrack...and I must play Veronica.
Watched this while getting ready to go meet my musical theatre pals for our Christmas meal. Made curling my hair so much more interesting. Love you both 💜

Can you make a video about doing filmed auditions? A lot of contests, programs, etc. ask for them. One of the things you could cover in the video is where to find someone for piano accompaniment :)
