Well explained. But Habib Rafique - Capital Smart city loses its credibility already. Investors are upset and angry with them . Don't want to invest any more . Because they did not own their commitment, they did not fulfill their promises. I am talking about Smart Villas . From 2019 to till now 2024 , 6 years have passed but no delivery to real investors. They delayed construction of smart villas . Now they want to charge us 10 lakh to 15 lakh for their mistakes. They want to charge us for the name of mumty and stairs which is wrong . We paid 100% in 2022 then they want more extra money from their mistakes. Which is totally unfair and unjustified. How come we trust them anymore ? How do we invest more ? For which trust ?
@@AmirRafiqConsultant thats the issue on their website they announced that possession is given to G sector as well and once you visit their office they make excuses that only your street and few adjacent are not clear ...also keep demanding the development charges from us

Long time ago, you mentioned in your video that Sector-G had about 10% development, but now you have completely skipped it. How is that technically possible ? I have even paid Development charges, one year ago 🥵 CSCI is following the policy of "Agay dhor Pechay chor"
You are right. Its still 10℅ developed. No further update. You should contact csc for relocation if its in litigated area. Actually while recording I missed discussing sector G but in text I mentioned its non developed. I will be careful next time🙂
