@@hopemueller2658 It’s a dated task. Back in the day before people recorded themselves or used e-mails. They would have a secretary take down memos to distribute to people. Usually either letters or telegrams.
So basically the joke is someone else besides the person who died carved ARRGGH into the rock. The fact that a guy dying would carve ARGGH is ridiculous enough so when Arthur heard that he was like “bitch….no.”

I've built this kingdom up from nothing.
When I started here, all it was was swamp.
Well, the king said it was daft to build a castle on a swamp. But I've built it all the same. Just to show 'm!
It sank into the swamp.
So... I've built a second one. That sank into the swamp.
So I've built a third one. That burned down, fell over then sank into the swamp.
But the fourth one... stayed up!
And then the animator suddenly died of a heart attack!
It's literally impossible to see the actual region of Camargue in a map, and not think of Sir Bedivere saying it like this.
I know that every time I see the region of Camargue in a map, I think of this. Of course. Also, Ives then comes to mind.

I think it would have been cooler if they hadn't of showed the monster like leave it up to the audience's imagination.
But they did so! They don't show the real monster. Just a cartoonish one. Everyone knows that the real monster is looking different.
