I want to build one. How much throttle do you use to stay in position? What radio gear are you using, like, crossfire? I'd probably get in so much trouble. It would be so cool though.

So why couldn't a drone like this have been used to examine, photograph, and document the Chinese "spy" balloon before deciding to shoot it down?
