This guys got some talent when it comes to decorating enclosers. im getting the game in a few days, and im going to use this late game with Jurassic Park DLC.
What I do is, keep all buildings and paths on a similar terrain height, and make the enclosures lower than their level, so you see into the them easier. I try not to use straight paths, lots of curved paths and assymetrical enclosures. Using water on various terrain heights. Using terrain textures and specific plants/rocks to create themed exhibits. I have a specific set to create each time period dinos lived in.
I started a new Campaign this weekend. I've only done it once before. For Round 2 I'm going for neatness and beauty (designing the paddocks however I see fit and taking the time to add the new trees and rocks, etc.) which meant deleting almost every building/paddock the game provides and placing them where I prefer them (once I had the money to do so). Island 2 was such a big job - it took hours but I finally started getting good profits from my new set up. I love how it's turned out so far though.
I knew I’d find a good content creator while looking for this exact thing for this game. Just recently got back into playing it and this game is really good as one to return to. I gotta get all the DLC lol. This game is really somethin special. Brings me back to the old days of Operation Genesis.
Once I made a super beautiful enclosure for dracorex,like seriously,this enclosure was by far the most beautiful enclosure I made. Sad that it's gone now,but thanks for helping a bit more with building good exhibits!

you're doing a really nice job, pls do more stuff like that for example do a enclosure based on a volcano terrain, a coastal enclosure or a swampy river

Basically an introduction to making a little bit of a personalized paddock. I can put several days of polishing my parks, hope to see more of those vids, didn't learn anything from this one but I'd love to see some new tricks/designs/features. Recently made an old worn out airstrip with some small puddles. Also made an entire map full of redwood trees with some marshlands and canyons. Also made a desert map with a partially dried out river and a some cliffs with a landslide. Aaand I also made a biiiiigg lake with an isle in the middle and a lot of beautiful beaches and river outlet..... i love making landscapes xD
Another good one is to add sand to the water to make it look all nice and clear and pretty uwu then add a darker texture to the middle of the water body to give the effect of deeper water

My tip for this game is to not use every single scenary object in every enclosure, that makes your paddocks look really repetitive. And thats cus we have very few scenary objects. Regards ;)
It is a nice enclosure, but as a zookeeper and animal exhibit planner I groan a little when I see exhibits for herbivores being lushly planted in zoo games. In real life, herbivores will eat your plants, and that's how you get poisoning (JP Trike/Stego anyone?) Once again, not dissing on you or anything, it's entirely up to people to design their enclosures anyhow they want.
I know. Hence why it’s a dinosaur park builder :) This enclosure was designed in 5 different ways condensed into 1 enclosure to try give a broad explanation of how to make a nice enclosure buddy
Make videos on the best fence for Jurassic mode and the best way to 5 star the islands in the fastest and most efficient way to use the space on all islands in Jurassic mode please thanks
He forgot to mention that certain dinos need certain enclosures. Trikes like grassland idk how they will feel about the beach and rock's lol, cool video tho
I didn’t forget to mention. Sand and rock classes as grassland. I made this enclosure on Sandbox for a reason dude, that’s why there’s no gates, money and sand. You can’t get sand on every island. The enclosure has about 5 aspects about it to make a nice enclosure :)

@@SwrveYT didn't know sand and rock's classified as grassland. I just know if there's not enough of a specific landscape your dinos will have no comfort . All I meant bud. Great video tho
Alot of my dinosaurs try to break out, I tried to improve their comfort, to make the bar to 100%. But breakouts still happen. Is that part of the game or am I doing something wrong?
Teaching how to build nice enclosures is subjective. I don’t need to watch how to build nice enclosure videos cause I know every enclosure I’ve ever built is nice. I hope people understand this.
Well it’s just a basic. I think you are missing the Uniqueness of it. It’s not suppose to be an actual enclosure. There’s multiple aspect of an enclosure in this single one I made
This is just about building a nice enclosure, not an affective one for Dino visibility :) if you’d like, you can put Viewing gallery’s away from the fences and behind the path facing the enclosure for a nice aesthetic look

That's basically what level designers do for a living.
Idea: Use fancy paths for the Main Street entrance area and normal paths for enclosures.

HOTPOC8 you’ll have to unlock them throughout the campaign or double fence them by putting another fence round the out side of the original one
