He basically was the first artist in the 80s/90s to bring pop dancing to the korean public (up til that point the government still controlled the airwaves and only traditional trot or ballads were ever broadcasted on air and one could argue if it wasn't for him, kpop wouldn't exist). if you randomly see a tiktok of her dancing with a skinny older guy, that's her dad. He probably promotes STAYC more then their actual company does (i kid.....obviously not. But has said in various variety shows that he would rather be known as Sieun's dad versus as Park Nam Jung the artist....it's super cute). He did a LOT of tiktok and dance challenges especially for Bubble

Pity that StayC never continue to have similar sound(Run 2U - was close) Cause that would made them my Favorite group, or at least top 3, i like most of their songs, but.....besides "So bad" none of their maim tracks ended on my Top 20 list. Run 2U had potential...but chorus was medicore for me.
their debut was affected by the pandemic yes, they had a 7th member originally who was from taiwan and she visited home before the pandemic. she then couldn't make it to korea due to visa issues that came along with the pandemic's travel restrictions, so they had to debut without her
