Chapter 5 Season 3 just dropped and it is chaotic! It's a lot of fun with the new car modding, new map changes, the nitro fists, boom bolt, fallout collab and more! This season gives mad max vibes! This is my first thoughts on Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3.

Something that I felt was disappointing when I saw the battle pass was that there was no new car skin, like the opportunity was right there
Instead they put a Lego build 🤣
I don’t know how I feel about this season. They need to do something about the cars. Add anvil launchers or empanadas or smth. Because it’s almost impossible to beat someone with a car ESPECIALLY the mythic ones
They mythic cars are insane. I really don’t have that much fun sitting in a car all game tbh

There's the fist. I love just man handling the cars. There's also the crossbow if u have good aim its really good against the cars.

Yeah. The anvil launcher has been almost useless in other seasons because vehicles are so rare, it would only make sense to be added this season.
Honestly this season has a strong visual aesthetic and a great execution, but there is just so much going on on screen when you get into a car fight in late game, especially with all the explosion going around. The new mechanics with the cars feels fun but when it’s actually about winning a game in squads for example, it get’s hard to keep track of everything going on and can be messy.
Nonetheless it’s great fun if you don’t take it too seriously and aren’t trying too hard.
This season is so fun the only people i've seen hating on this season are comp players but comp players hating on everything in fortnite

too bad most people quit the game 60% down from last season
The meta this season is just bad. If someone has a mythic car, you have 0 chance to actually beat it unless it gets third partied. Even just a regular car can do pretty much nothing against it

They took a very interesting approach to the meta giving.
I dont know what to think about the mad max "i drive" gaming meta.
I get pretty bored sitting in a car all game so I try to dedicate some games to not using a car unless it’s to get away from circle lol
I know that ranked took away cars but I wish that they made a mode whith no cars cause ranked it to sweaty

Dude this is my favoriye season EVER the cars are so goddamn fun and its so funny seeing the comp players being mad at the cars.
The only thing i found weird was that the anvil launchers werent re-added because now was the perfect time to add them but they didnt? Eh i dont really care tho im having a blast this season

play gta not fortnite then unless you have a problem with every fortnite competitive player
I really don't want the cars to be nerfed too hard (though I feel the mythic car regeneration needs to go), all we really need is counters to cars when without a car. Because as it stands, without a cliff to go up, there's nothing to be done against cars.

Competitive players don’t have fun and ruin everything. I hope they don’t play the game. The cars are not that OP bro. If you have an smg you have the upper hand because you can destroy its health and destroy the windows and instant kill

In defense of comp players, they should have a very basic loot pool compared to pub/casual players. The more I’ve played the more I’ve felt the cars aren’t as OP besides the mythic cars, those are fun but insane.
