Thank you for letting us live vicariously... without spending our money. I'm an old lady on a fixed income. These videos help me shop so that what I do buy... is something I want! ✨️ Happy Holidays 🌟 to you, 🎁 your family, and 💫 all the fellow fans out there!✨️
I was so excited to see you do this video! I got the Target lip one when it was 50% and I was extremely pleased with it. Plus they’re all cruelty free products which is important to me
I can confirm that the E.L.F Makeup removal balm works wonders! Admittedly, it's the first makeup removal balm I tried, but it melted the makeup away with such a small amount, I didn't need to try any other kind.
I like that one but it left a film on my skin after rinsing. I double cleanse anyway but the Banila clean it zero doesn't leave a film and works out to a similar price per ounce, plus it's unscented and I don't love the elf scent. It definitely does the job though!
The constant worry of my nails popping off is why I stopped wearing those nails. I lost one while serving tables and I never felt a fear and stress like that before
lol!!! I still get crap about the day that 6 nails popped off during one class… in 1996! I was in my 2nd semester as a Computer Science instructor at a very low budget business college. We didn’t even have a projection setup for the teacher computer, I had to write command lines & flow charts (I was teaching DOS & fully text based applications, no GUI) on the board (with my back mostly to the board, damn I was good!), and then show them the correct way on their computer if needed. Between trying to write with the dry erase markers & typing, my brand new first ever Lee press on nails started flying off every 5-10 mins, we never found all of them. By the 3rd one, my students could not stop laughing. And they were navy blue, I was the 1st person I saw in Billings MT to wear non-traditional polish other than black on their fingers (lol people would stop me and tell me that kind of polish is only for toenails 😂)! I was so proud & I was so embarrassed by the end of the day. The school was verrrrrry small, so by then everyone heard & would not stop mocking me in a very elaborate way. Tbh, 🤫 but these things are great for managing students esp older ones - gets the sass out of their system & they respect you much more if you roll with it when you make yourself look dumb. But a couple students who I see regularly *still* think it’s hilarious…
@ also at least I know for me I don’t bite my nails but leave it to the big back to assume why other women would want to invest in their appearance. Being a pick me makes sense as most plus size women like you are pick mes. You really should really work on your self-esteem.
I’ve been mesmerized by the organizers behind you…. Is that all your makeup? Can you give us a tour of all that please? I love to see how people organize their collections 😊
The top drawers are all my lip products! I actually have a lip declutter filmed and am hoping for that to be my next video so you will get to see them a bit more in-depth! The rest of my makeup is in the ikea drawers they sit on! I am thinking about doing a studio tour in the new year!! 😊🩷
This was a fun video 😊 I think my favorite out of all of them was the CVS Luxe one. I would just use most of the products in that one the most. Plus they were larger sizes. And I’m ok with them not being “luxe” brands. Have a very Merry Christmas! 🎄🎁 hugs 💖
I’ve used lumify and yes they make the whites of your eyes suuuuper white. I can’t use them anymore because of an eye condition (totally unrelated) but they work
I honestly think that the cheaper 20-50 dollar ones are better value than the ones that are $600 and into the thousands. Those little sample sizes with a couple of full size is a good way to try something before spending the money on the full product.
I also hate gritty lip balms! But I use them as cuticule oil so they don’t go to waste! I have one next to my bed, and one in my hand bag. It’s actually really useful! Oh and sometimes before bed I’ll even put a bit on my toe nail cuticules
I love the lumify drops! I use them when I’m going out or if I haven’t had a good nights rest . They really help if you’re prone to eye redness. I think the target ones are cute and hold enough value for 20$, would be a good gift for a cousin or a friends kid or something, pair it with a gift card or some candy it’s an easy Christmas . Especially with the lack of actives in the skincare one it would be good for tweens just starting to get into skincare.
Commenting as I watch: 12 days of beauty: Def. worth every penny! Those whitening strips are so good for sensitive teeth so just doing a quick touch up with 4 treatments is great. Allergy season is upon us and eyes get red and irritated, visine can rinse the allergen out but these drops will help to restore the brightness faster. The ELF primer is great (one for travel even better) and the setting mist from ELF is good too.
I got the Target skin care advent calendar from my sister and it was really good. I got stuff I like and some new things to try. These are such fun videos. Thank you Lauren.
When you were talking about the CVS calendar being cute for a younger kid, it reminded me of the time my eldest son, who was about 4 at the time, got into my Sephora order and used up a Jazz Club sample in my bedroom. My room smelled AMAZING, but I was a little sad it was all gone! Younger me would have enjoyed the heck out of any of these, TBH.
This was so fun! I liked the Costco one the best because I really liked the little bottles of Crabtree and Evelyn. The CVS one was good, too. Happy Holidays everyone!!!
Just starting the video and I’m so excited! Btw, I use the lumify eye drops as my eyes are very dry. I use them in the morning and sometimes before bed.
Hey! I watch your advent calendar videos all the time! I really like the original way of how you filmed, so I can see your live reaction it makes it ready interesting to watch!
Hi Lauren!! Love all of your videos. Love love loove the advent calender videos specifically I wish I could get my hands in them, but i will look in the future now that I know there are so many. Keep these videos coming if possible. Fave was the target calender, least was the whole foods & Costco.
I travel almost constantly and eye drops are a must! Good value and very good product...if you use them. And the Poparazzi nail polish is the BEST!! For a non-gel nail polish it is the BEST!!! Stays on forever!!!
That eyedrop recall was scary as F! All those poor souls who were hurt badly broke my heart 💔 On a related side note, Similasan, who had zero products involved in the recall, my absolutely favorite and most trusted and only brand I ever used.. stopped selling in the USA over that crap because they didn't want to be involved with all our BS - I miss those damn eyedrops soooo much!!! 😢
I love the Marshmallow Setting Spray, I changed from the regular matte to that one and I love the scent of it! It’s good when I don’t have time to put on perfume lol
The Whole Foods calendar may have been the worst but your reactions were the best for content. 😂 I absolutely love that your husband thought of you, though! Super sweet!! 💝 CVS kind of came in clutch, I don't hate it!
WHAAAAT?!??? Lumify?!? I LOVE those! I have an autoimmune deficiency that causes my tissues to be inflamed. My eyes dry out horribly because of this. Lumify is the only eye drop that works for me.
In one of the corners of yours screen, you should put the total cost of product as you open them up so that we can see overall total at the end of each box!
i’m sure someone else told you this LOL but the mac stack mascara was advertised to be able to layer as many layers as you want without it looking spidery. i liked that part but it flaked like crazzzzzyy on me
Lauren, I’ve lived in my house for 11 years now. I sooooo miss having a soaking tub. My kids’ bathroom has the tub, but it isn’t big enough for me to comfortably soak in. I swear my next house needs to have a nice size tub in the master bathroom.
Oh man I’m cracking up because I’m a crunchy gal who doesn’t even wear makeup but I found you while looking for recommendations for my 20 yr old daughter. That being said the whole foods one was my favorite! Mary Ruth vitamins are the best and Patcha bath bombs are some of the best I’ve ever used. They last forever in the tub
Regarding the Target advent calendar I will say that the eye drops are definitely near the price point I typically pay for a bottle of better quality eye drops. They range from $15-30 per bottle. Worth it. 😊
I love these longer videos just going ham on a bunch of calendars, just be careful of using the exacto-knife to get products out of the plastic holders! They can snap pretty easily since they are pretty thin blades and get into your eye or cut you.
thanks so much these videos, you are the best on youtube! are there calendars just with makeup? I don't want all of the skincare and they all seem overloaded with them.
Love the overhead filming! Always enjoy seeing your beautiful face (very sexy, strong 1970s “Charley” vibes lately btw ❤ ❤❤), but often the advent calendar minis are hard to see with standard filming.
That Sephora $2500 point calendar will live in infamy. We'll be recalling that one for years to come!
Thank you for letting us live vicariously... without spending our money. I'm an old lady on a fixed income. These videos help me shop so that what I do buy... is something I want!
✨️ Happy Holidays 🌟 to you, 🎁 your family, and 💫 all the fellow fans out there!✨️
Me too. I want her as another granddaughter.❤😊

I’ve used many and like the E.L.F. a lot. Repurchased many times. 👍🏻

Pression nails or acrylic nails
Why don't you ladies just stop biting your nails and learn to grow your natural nails. There was a time when false nails were not around.
@ why dont u just lose some weight? There was a time where overweight people were not around.
@ also at least I know for me I don’t bite my nails but leave it to the big back to assume why other women would want to invest in their appearance. Being a pick me makes sense as most plus size women like you are pick mes. You really should really work on your self-esteem.

@LaurenMaeBeauty yes! I'd love to see a tour! I'm looking for inspiration
Omg same 😂
Lumify is really nice but definitely only use them for special occasions. They really work!
Same!

Smart!!!! I also use face creams I don't like the texture or smell of on my feet.
They can use as much help as they can get, haha
Box 4 she didn’t even notice she left an extra free perfume sample in number 4, lol
She eventually found it! 😁

Great for 420 fans!!! 😂😂😂
The Burger King and Vaseline Advent Calenders are awesome x
Lol I will have to check those ones out and watch some unboxings!!
I personally enjoy seeing your facial expressions
I am glad that there are nice options that aren't so expensive...especially when so many are struggling.❤

I struggle with my mental health in general and it’s amplified by a busy December. Your videos are helping me zone out and just relax.
me too 😮
I got the Target skin care advent calendar from my sister and it was really good. I got stuff I like and some new things to try. These are such fun videos. Thank you Lauren.
I like seeing your reaction to each of the calendar items better than the face down view
My opthamologist recommended lumify drops for dry eye. I used them and they worked for me.
The Lumify drops are amazing. They turn the whites of your eyes totally white.
I have chronically dry eyes and they get really irritated by indoor heating so these drops are life saving

Petition to get Ariana to send Lauren free Mod Vanilla for life 💖

ok tea!
@@museumghostI love lumify!
Hi I got both the Target ones and 1 of the CVS on black friday for 10 each. I thought they were worth it for 20 but 10 was a steal.
Hey! I watch your advent calendar videos all the time! I really like the original way of how you filmed, so I can see your live reaction it makes it ready interesting to watch!
Love these calendar unboxings, I think I’ve watched them all 😅 but also love seeing your face and reactions!
LOVE LOVE LOVE Lumify. They are amazing!! They are expensive.
I’ll be on the lookout for that yummy sounding lavender-fish scent!!! 🤣
Hi Lauren!! Love all of your videos. Love love loove the advent calender videos specifically I wish I could get my hands in them, but i will look in the future now that I know there are so many. Keep these videos coming if possible. Fave was the target calender, least was the whole foods & Costco.

this comment right hereee lol

I LOVE this opening set up!!!
Your reaction to the lavender spray 😂😂 chewed up cereal 🤣
Also, love that you have a potty mouth cuz so do I
I use those Olay cleansing melts - not a sample size. I really like them.
Box 3 😂😂😂😂 When she realized what was the bonus item!!!!
But was the perfume the bonus or the moisture surge?! 😅 😮
Those CVS ones were pretty alright! I agree
WHAAAAT?!??? Lumify?!? I LOVE those! I have an autoimmune deficiency that causes my tissues to be inflamed. My eyes dry out horribly because of this. Lumify is the only eye drop that works for me.
Is it sjogren's syndrome? My bf has it and I want to get him these eyedrops to try
Nobody make these advent calendars videos like u do I sweaaaar😂❤ love u ma girl!
“Kinda painful. Kinda enjoyable” when talking about lip plumpers. 😂😂😂
In one of the corners of yours screen, you should put the total cost of product as you open them up so that we can see overall total at the end of each box!
Love the Lumify drops.
This video was SO FUN!
Ohhhh…just started the video and I am settled in ready to watch! Thank you! This is exactly what I need rye neow! ♥️
“That’s sick as hell” lol “like lavender and fishy latex” hysterical…you really made my day. ❤❤❤
I am soooo excited for this!
🩷😊
Lumify is 20$ on its own re: the Target advent calendar. I’m going to hunt this advent calendar down! Thanks, Lauren!
Lumify drops are great. Very long lasting.
Girl opening that first box was so entertaining 😂
Would love to see you try the Trader Joe's Advent calendar! never tried it but i've heard good things
Mary Ruth in the house 😂. You're killing me! This was the best.
Lumify is the best thing ever! I use them once a day. They’re so good!
The hubby was sweet for getting calendars!
I love long videos 😍 so ready for this
I adore those Lumify drops! They’re a legit brand, not sketchy
omg was waiting for this!
😊😊😊
The CVS advent was nice! So far, that’s the one I like the most. Oh! And another CVS advent? Wow!
I LOVE lumify! They make your eyes bright as hell!
Costco sells Byredo and Replica perfumes so they’re legit in my book. ❤😊
You need the NYX x Home Alone Advent Calendar! Everything full size!
i’m sure someone else told you this LOL but the mac stack mascara was advertised to be able to layer as many layers as you want without it looking spidery. i liked that part but it flaked like crazzzzzyy on me
13:31 love that cleansing balm. It's my everyday!
Definitely the top down view is great1
The cvs boxes’ packaging is far superior to the others, feels like one of the luxury calendars you’ve opened
Lauren, I’ve lived in my house for 11 years now. I sooooo miss having a soaking tub. My kids’ bathroom has the tub, but it isn’t big enough for me to comfortably soak in. I swear my next house needs to have a nice size tub in the master bathroom.
Your remarks (especially about the final box) made me laugh out loud. What a treat of a video!
I love the curel hand cream!
Tis the season to be late! I am here for it now. Merry Christmas ❌️ ⭕️
Sweet Sam coming through ❤
Oh I am SO into this. I didn’t even know this was something I needed but holy crap I’m invested
I tried the 25 below beauty related advent calendars and both were absolutely amazing and well worth it for only five dollars!
The Veriphy eye cream is nice. It came in Ipsy once. The Pacifica face wash smells soooo good. Like a creamsicle. I love it just for that.
Regarding the Target advent calendar I will say that the eye drops are definitely near the price point I typically pay for a bottle of better quality eye drops. They range from $15-30 per bottle. Worth it. 😊
35:15 rn the CVS normal one wins hands down! Amazing value and good products! 😊
I bought both 20.00 target calendars when they were 25 percent off.
I love the Target skin care calendar. I was able to get it for $10 so 😊
The olay cleansing melts is actually full size And you do need water and they are amazing
I love these longer videos just going ham on a bunch of calendars, just be careful of using the exacto-knife to get products out of the plastic holders! They can snap pretty easily since they are pretty thin blades and get into your eye or cut you.
I wish I could have seen your face when you opened the Whole Foods calendar 😂
Love your videos!!
I love how thorough these calendar reviews are getting lol 😂 we got high we got low
What I feel like the first target one was good! Even with the tiny cleaning oil I still feel like you could get a few uses out of it
Happy Holidays!
The over head is cool too but i cant deny that i enjoy seeing you side eye the stupid sample stuff lolllo
The Trader Joes advent calendar is pretty nice...
thanks so much these videos, you are the best on youtube! are there calendars just with makeup? I don't want all of the skincare and they all seem overloaded with them.
I bought the CVS one for bogo. Two for $20! Great secret Santa and niece gift!
Sam, best holiday shopper 2024! 🎁🎁🎁😂
Excited!
No. I need to see your reaction. It's everything 😂
Love the overhead filming! Always enjoy seeing your beautiful face (very sexy, strong 1970s “Charley” vibes lately btw ❤ ❤❤), but often the advent calendar minis are hard to see with standard filming.
Question? As a general guide, how long do perfumes last and how do u know when theyre to old... silly question?
I personally don’t find any of the advent calendars worth their price, but probably the point of them is the fun of opening. Thanks!
i really like that sponge
I stan your disappointed moments. Me, too, girl. Me, too. 😅
