Is there a reason my bass isn't working? My ears are pretty sensitive so I have it at the lowest volume, but when I turn the volume up the bass starts working. If I turn it back down, it will work for like 30 seconds before shutting off again. Do I really need to have the volume high for the bass to work?
These are amazing. The sound is bassey BUT when you want it to be. When I fade the bass almost to off, you get a sweet balanced sound, at least for me, I'm using a Galaxy note 9 and I enable Dolby Atmos when I play music, but bass is out of this world amazing when you crank the slider bass switch up. I use these for movies, and music when I'm at home just before bed, and I use them for traveling and that's it. I never use them to work out, they are just too nice to get them dirty, but I've had mine for around 2 years now and it is fine, everything works on it well. Oh just a note if your bass does not work anymore, it's okay, it just uses 1 AA battery in the right ear cup, my factory battery never died yet, but I did open it one day for curiosity of how this bass get's power.
Fit Man Style hey guys. Check Steve Harvey’s advice about stuttering. He has some cool tricks up his sleeves. Good luck to both of you and great video.
@@joshuahatfield538 I was able to make the originals wireless simply by plugging in a wireless adapter. It was awesome but I might finally be upgrading to the crusher evo soon
@@blueeyedtech1234 Yeah im trying to decide now on whether to buy the Hesh Evo(which i can find no videos on) the Crusher evo or the venue. TOUGH. ITS BEEN ON MY MIND FOR 3 DAYS.
@@jamzz3045 not familiar with PS4 (I'm an xbox guy lol) but if it uses a cord then it should work, it has a built in microphone. I use the cord that comes with it from time to time however I notice that the bass is really based on battery life so it may fade as the day goes by but if you charge it back, it returns to its usual base
Are they “good” headphones? Most whom have tested a wide variety of higher level headphones would say no. Could you, a very average music enjoyer have fun with the bass? You tell me. Bass can (and probably will with these headphones) smother other frequencies.
Just bought this to pair with my Oculus Rift S VR headset. I'm impressed with them, should be good for on the go, and gaming. The audio fidelity may not be as good as 300$ cans, but hey I paid $100 for em.
From reviews online, I've seen that the build quality is bad. I don't know if it's bad luck or people are just too crazy with them at the gym. What's your review of then after 3 month.
Skny George I’ve had them for over a year now and I can safely say that over time the tension on the headphones will eventually loosen up making them not very practical for activities such as sports or exercise. They’ll most likely come loose, but they’re still great headphones overall
Did you have any issues with a 'rattling' sound in one headphone after a few uses? I purchased a pair for my wife and after one day of use they started rattling bad. Amazon exchanged them, but the second set had the same issue after 3 days.
Not so much rattling but if you tap anywhere on the headphone you'll hear a spring like sound. That seems to be normal for others who have the same headphones
My Skullcandy Crusher Wireless Headphones were bought December of 2017 brand new, cosmetically it's been worn down after 2 Years of often usage overtime... The leather is cracked, and flaking everywhere, I have the White Body with Brown Leather, and the white body sadly got yellowed overtime by my hands, and now I've just found out that there is a crack in the yoke piece that holds the ear pad assembly together... Would I buy another set of Skullcandy Crusher Headphones? Absolutely! I'd just recommend getting the other designs over the original wireless ones, or just get the Limited Edition 360 Model that has an all metal body, instead of plastic like the rest of the others, but the other plastic designs will do too, they're a much better construction than the Original Wireless IMO But other then that, Skullcandy Crusher Headphones sounds great!!! Love the bass output on these!!! This has been my second set so far ever since the Wired Versions back in 2014!!!
Thanks for the great review! I don't live in the U.S and lately I've been looking up reviews about multiple headphones. I've narrowed it down to the SONY 950N1 and SKULLCANDY CRUSHER.. The only one available where I live at the moment is the SC CRUSHER but after customs and all, it's a little bit over $200 here. I don't mind paying that for it but will the build quality stand up to that price or not? Because a lot of people have been saying how it quickly breaks, however, I don't believe them and think their headphones were force broken.
I've dropped it accidentally once and it didn't break, just like I said in the video the hinge seem a little loose but I still use . For $200, , idk I wouldn't pay that much for it.I'd probably go the next tier up for that price
Heyy, do you get one Crusher? i have also heard people talking about easily being broke too, how is it problem, I still get one and am waiting for the delivery. Please tell me how I can use it durably?
i was gonna buy this, but the reliability of the crusher is trash, i already have a pair of wired sennheiser headphones and they work incredibly and i've dropped them a couple times and they still have no signs of wear, no scratches or chips at all, so i think i will stick to sennheiser
I'm sure they are better ones out there, the other crusher I talked about is certainly better. But for the price, it seems to be competitive to other entry level OTH wireless headphones
@@FitManStyle What really bothers me is the amount of audiophiles who are hating on skullcandy in general. Do you think they have a point, are they overreacting, or is it about minor things most people won't have a problem with/ won't notice? There are lots of complaints about it's durability. Can you recommend it based on it's durability? And is it still going strong? How many months have you been using it?
I got mine March 9th 2020 and it's February 2022 and they're now cracked and the right side is hanging on for dear life I've never dropped them but my sister has sat on them 🙃 I'll be buying a new pair and sending the broken one back to the store

I have a credit with Skullcandy from some lifetime warranty Aviators I sent in, and they sent me a credit for $150. I think I'm going to order these regardless of their mixed reviews.
Having had these for a few months I can see that, either people hate it or love it. I have nothing bad to say about mine, I use it everyday and still works. Even fallen from my hand a couple times
i got a pair i would not recommend buying these unless you just want to listen to nothing but punchy bass i would have to say nwa boyz n the hood sounds awesome but most music sounds most disappointing!
They make the earcup cradles out of cheap plastic that breaks real easy, they have better materials to make these with and don't understand why they use cheap that's breaks right away and they don't provide replacements. Thumbs down for me.
I bought them, used them for half an hour and then returned them. The quality is so bad for the price point, the bass slider is a joke, even slightly raising it ruins even the most basic of songs.
I bought these in 20 April and i charged them 100% and it's 15 may and they are at 50% with same quality bass as 100% they are Amazing
