I used to have back acne and what I did was exfoliate my body twice a week, put mask on my back (clay mask) and leave it like about 10 - 15 minutes, do this once a week. Use scrubbing brush when you shower or shower twice a day. I hope this helps you guys. Most importantly stay clean.
This honestly helped my back acne. It took a while but this was the only treatment that helped my back acne. I did it everyday for a few weeks and then I stopped doing cause I started to get lazy but now it literally just cures itself. So glad I came across this! Thank you
Edit: yes 4 years later I actually still abide to these rules! To be honest, I'm still not very cleared but I haven't been doing this religiously for four years straight. I come and go when I get lazy but I have been forgetting that my back acne is very sensitive to the same clothes so make sure you clean your bed sheets, change your towel every week, and never wear the same clothes twice! I have been also using bio oil after my shower routine!!

@@ss3562 hi lol 4 years later but no this actually does work! I would suggest to use oil and never wear your shirts twice!! I always try and change every single day but everytime I forget, I end up getting more pimples cries

i did it. i used a clear soap with detol and exfoliating lof in addition to tea tree oil ....my acne started to leave my body!!!!! Thankssss alot and i hope to share us a video on how to get rid of the scars. love youuuu 😘😘

I tried this technique. A normal scrubber with dettol and Johnson’s baby body wash 🧴 it works so much. Took a week and also my marks behind also the marks started fading. I am using this technique till now ❤️ thank you for saving my life

@@lolciao3279 it’s an antiseptic liquid usually used for cleaning but it is safe enough to be used for wounds and acne. I recommend that you don’t use it on your face or private areas. It can help with cysts and body acne. I also recommend that you dilute it with water or an unscrnted shower gel.

Marysól Martinez you can try another thing....dnt wash your clothes in detergent powder....instead try to was them with dettol soap. If you cant do that atleast try to was ur upper wears in that and you will surely see a significant change within a week.😊
2 year update: THIS REALLY WORKS! I don’t use anything on my back Including body washes or cleansers. I only use Dettol and it has really transformed my back. When you first use it, it will sting, but after using it every day, your back acne will really improve and it won’t sting anymore. I highly recommend and thank Diipa for being a life saver!

As someone who is also struggling with back acne (and face too), the routine that really do the trick (for my body btw) is Dettol soap. It contains salicylic acid and another antibacterial agent without using triclosan and triclocarban which is bad for you and the environment (you can google about this thing).
Indeed, moisturising soap is always gave me pimples; Dove, Imperial Leather, Fä, etc, all of them give me acne on my body.
The body lotion that I use right now seems also keep most of the pimple at bay, maybe it's because of AHA and retinol in it.

I get pimples on my back, chest and neck but they're hormonal pimples that come when I was in my period. Are these tips gonna help? Also, can you make a video about how to make the scars disappear? Cause the pimples itself doesn't really bother me but the scars is really disppointing me 😢

For the scars, you can use lemon. Scrub your skin directly with the lemon (I put unpasteurized honey too for it's help soothing and healing your skin) leave it for aout 10 minutes and rinse or or soak a qtip with lemon juice and dab the affected area and you can leave it overnight. Both also work on pimples. If you use those tricks, make sure to protect yourself from the sun because citrus make the skin a little photosensible.

@@technicalscience9097 yup, it reduce it so much, but it does no go away completely. Because i think hormones does play role, it comes and go. One thing you can try is use acne facial cleanser on your back, that works for me too. Hope this helps u .

Use Amway G&H Complexion Bar, can be use on Body and face 🙌
the gloves you use says potatoes and is meant for scrubbing dirt off root vegetables so they might be a bit harsh for your skin. So you might want to change them or if you feel they work just be careful, you are not a potatoe 😊 I prefer the ones they use in hamams and jjimjilbangs, they really makes the dead skin just roll off.

i use this routine everyday whenever I take a shower. just with the scrub gloves everyday scrubbing with soap or natural body wash. And I agree with clothes that's not even wash yet and wearing repeatedly is very not good. my back has no pimples/ acne because I scrub in morning and every night.

Irene Gomes exfoliating will remove the top layer of dead skin, so eventually the acne scars will fade-away. If you wanna speed it up, use glycolic acid from the ordinary!!
