Just ordered this one for our new apartment. It's on lower level of a 2 story complex. It is a 2 bed 2 bath @ 1,032 sq ft. I've read mixed reviews on Amazon for this unit, is it actually rated for 1500 sq ft or 500 sq ft--more for a small single bedroom? We're getting high humidity ratings on our T6 thermostat (steady at about 60% give or take, and we can feel it around the place in general. Our maintenance guy kind of blew it off and said it was "within range". Normal range is supposed to be 30-50%, and when you got valuable items like art, books, CDs, etc, humidity matters for sure. So fingers crossed this unit fixes our issue at least temporarily.
