This is so beautiful! You are super amazing and crafty!! I'm going to do these with spiced apple cider packets and cinnamon sticks. Thank you for sharing.
These are so cute. Any bit of dampness in paper will cause a ragged cut. It's hard to tell by touch if that is a problem. Sometimes hitting the paper with your heat tool or even a blow dryer will dry it up enough. If dampness/humidity is not the issue, you can sharpen using foil, but I prefer using cheap foil cake pans b/c they are thick, and I think they do a better job. Sheet foil has to be folded into a couple of layers or it gets stuck in your punch. I keep a foil cake pan in my craft room, and cut off a piece of it and use it in my punch that needs sharpening. For punches that stick, use wax paper, folded into a couple of layers.
Hey Deanna!! I make these every year! They sell really well. I charge $1. I sell the double pocketed ones for $2. Since my shoes are during the Fall months I also tell people they make excellent gift card holders! Hope your having a great weekend!
These are so cute. What a great idea Deanna. I think $2 sounds perfect, that’s a very fair price. I have also heard that you can use your punches on aluminum foil and it supposed to sharpen them, I haven’t tried that yet. I only own a couple punches so far and they are still sharp. I’m thinking that if you keep your backer one your flower punch(the back piece that slides on and off) it may help from the paper from getting caught it there! I’m not sure just a guess. Thank you so much for another great project! ☕️ ❤️💕
PRECIOUS!!!! I have heard that you can punch tinfoil to sharpen your punches. I have to go find that flower punch I've seem you use it before I really like it. Would you say that 1 inch circle is the best size for that flower, Or do you suggest any other size? I will probably be ordering online. TYSVMFS

RobynLovesPedro Silva thank you!
So cute... if you put aluminum foil in your punch and punch it out a few times it'll sharpen up those edges.
What weight is your card stock?
65lb
Cute idea, good for gift cards too Thanks for sharing This series! Rosa
BusyMom I agree!! Thank u Rosa!
Try foil to sharpen your punch. If that doesn't work then put a pop can and punch it out 1-2x! Should make it good as new!!! Good lunch!
Anna Marie Rosales thanks I will try it!
Another quick and cute idea !!
Debra Kilgore hope you make some!
$3 at least. It is a good tea bag. 😁

I'm sure someone answered you on sharpening... But use some Foil folded over a couple times and punch through it. :)
