The quick cuff (round wrist seal system www.diverightinscuba.com/drysuitsundiesaccessories-sitech-roundpermanentwristsystem-p-2703.html) is glued to the suit. The glove lock system isn’t glued at all
Been there done that! I normally am screaming profanities when I have to remove the black ring when a customer has glued in hd latex seals. I wouldn’t use a screw driver or anything like that either.
I use a piece of thin wall 4” PVC pipe about 3/4” wide and slit it so I can compress it to the right size diameter and then use it to push the clamp ring out.
about 50 sek in... the suit ring and the suit side ring.. is that just in like that? no need for glue or somting?

How do you equalize the air space between blue glove and latex seal
You can use the thumb loop on your undergarment, a piece of shock cord, coffee stirring straw, or flexible tubing
