I know it's the camera lens, but DANG that screwdrivers looks like a Jack & the Beanstalk GIANT size screwdriver.
I am going to be picking up this stubby with the 14 in 1 full sized ratcheting screwdriver. I am getting tired of proprietary stuff in tools, like chargers, bits, and blades. With double sided bits being hard to find, I decided to just stick with regular bits and stop buying anything proprietary, at least for everything I can. It is awesome to get this many bit options in 1 tool, and I really wish more companies made double sided bits, but they are hard to find.
The fit is a little sloppy but like gen 1 it reaches recessed screws where my Klein is too thick.
Did you check if those double sided bits would fit in the stubbys bit compartment?
I did not but I will have to check
@@cetoolden thanks👍. I’d love to know before I buy it
I want both how much were they I have the gen 1 regular and stubby but I am a fan of ratcheting screwdrivers I have different brands and styles. I sorta collect them and use them.
30 for the long one and 18 for the stubby at Ohio power tool
At 1 minute into the video what is that. That keeps the bits inside? I dont see one on mines. And all my bits fall when using it. Where can I get a new one?
that's part of this new gen 2 ratcheting screwdriver. i bought it at ohio power tool online
That's the problem I have too my bits fall out of the tip when I try to use it
Hi, have compared the ratchet strength on stubbies? Meaning, how easy it is to rotate it the other way
It's easy to rotate in my opinion. But that's my opinion. What a person considers one thing may not be the same for another. Take what I'm saying with a grain of salt. Because my opinion might not be the same for you. That being said I love these new screwdrivers. Great next gen models
@@cetoolden Thanks! But I meant, in comparison to the old one, is it a stronger or weaker ratchet? Since you have both
@@NJ-wb1cz I would say new one feels stronger most definitely
@@cetoolden ok thanks! Old one already had one of the strongest ratchets, I was hoping for this one to have a much weaker one...
Not a fan of that giant sized bit holder, that gets in the way when working in electrical also the handle seems wide so they seem more for tinkerers than professional tradesmen
Yeah this isn't for everyone. You need to use what's most comfortable and benefits you. For me I like this a lot and use it on some jobs.
So it doesn't use standard bits...pass.
