Glad to see you're still around--we missed you! Interesting refit that Iceco did on the JP40. I bought one last year that wasn't anything like this version; no wheels or handles, no UV light, no drain, and the lid opens from one side only. It really works great, but the lid doesn't shut properly. They're sending me a replacement next week so we'll see whether or not I get a new style or an old. But like yours, the old JP40 is silent, holds temps rock steady and sips electricity. I have an Ecoflow River (700W) and it will keep the JP40 running in summer temps in the back of our WK2 for at least 48 hours without a recharge.
Following up, I got an exact replacement of the model I had. Iceco is just great--just reach out and I guarantee they'll have your back. I strongly recommend their products.
Does it look like the handle can be taken off? I think with the handle on it wouldn’t fit in the back of my Jeep. I see two holes on the handle, are there screws in there?
What do you mean by it pressurizes better with drain plug removed? sorry, i dont understand this. I just bought this JP40 Pro and im looking for all pointers on this cooler.
Thanks for the video. I am unable to see in Indiegogo if the JP40/50 Pro comes with a converter that I can just plug the unit to the 110v wall outlet but you mention that in your video. Is that correct? 🙏🏻
So I’m thinking about backing this on Indiegogo because I’m in the market for a ~40 liter cooler. I have an EB55 too which is why I’m considering the fridge vs regular cooler. Has anything else come up besides the lid? Anything else you found you have liked?
Nothing besides the lid. I really do like the fridge. I think the size is perfect for what we need it for. I have seen other reviews and it seems like others don’t have the same issue.

@@ProdigalOverland Yeah you are the first person to mention it. Well, I went ahead and backed it. I think it's a good buy given the price.
Did you take the lid off and turn it around maybe? Lol
Where's the Grand Cherokee?
Currently in the shop getting some 4WD stuff fixed up. But we still have it, it would be in a couple of vids coming up.
Don't buy this brand they break before 2 years. Is been build very bad quality.
