Hi. Thanks for the video. Really helpful! I have been having issues with my groin for months, finally after some strengthening I'm on the mend. What tests would you recommend for the groin to know if I'm ready to go back to running?

There isn't one specific test - we usually build our patients' rehab up to a point where the exercises start to resemble the forces created by running and then ease them back in.

Have an adductor longus tear from the pelvis. Worst injury ever. I was cleared after p.t for 4-5 months came back to sports and reinjured it again.

Oh how frustrating! Adductor injuries of any type are extremely tricky to come back from. I think it's because so much force goes through that area when we run etc.

How often should I be strengthening the injured calf after a calf strain? Every day, every other day? Should there be any stretching during the strengthening phase?

Usually about 3 times a week. I only introduce stretching towards the later stages. I've actually written a step by step guide for the Sports Injury Club if you were interested in more detail: www.sports-injury-physio.club/injury-treatment

I have biceps tendonitis. I know you're not supposed to go overhead with that. When should you go back to overhead things like throwing and pull ups

Once your rehab exercises have progressed to the point where you can safely load it in those positions without causing an increase in symptoms.
