Yes its Local Food! GUAM FOOD! cause Guam is blessed with being a Cultural Mix pot of all types of ethnic Cultures and their cuisine!!

Yum!!! Never even heard of this place when I was back home some 27 years ago but it’s awesome that they’re still in business. We used to go to Liens restaurant in Tamuning, their food was amazing too.
