We have T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon hotspots. Staying connected is a challenge for sure. We have had good success so far. Interested in your opinion on Starlink.
When we were in Alabama Starlink was available and was working great, now that we’re back in GA it’s not available in the area we are currently, so that kinda stinks. Once it’s more widespread it’s gonna be great!
Couldn't you hotspot off your phones? If you have cell service for the pepwave, you have for your phones. The Starlink I fully understand because you can use it for data and wifi calling. I'm patiently waiting on Starlink availability. We find ourselves without cell service often and use a cell booster but even had places that were dead with a booster. For us, anything cellular based would be a no go.
Yes we can hotspot off the phones. It’s just way more convenient, and the data plans are much larger with a dedicated data plan. Plus the antenna on the roof helps with signal strength. Yeah cellular isn’t the best thing, but until Starlink is more widespread and reliable, it’s what we have to deal with. It sure beats nothing haha.
Our 7 in 1 antenna is on the roof of our RV, this includes the Wi-Fi antennas. The access point just makes the Wi-Fi signal a little stronger in the RV. It isn’t necessary by any means.
Good job there. Happy Trails.
Thank you so much! You too!

What’s the pep wave access point do?
