If you do another Vietnamese mukbang, you should try different soups. Bun Bo hue, Bun rieu, mi quang, hu tieu, bo kho.. etc.
i like how they didnt know how to eat the Banh Xeo but ended up wrapping in lettuce and cilantro and actually eat it the right way.
Hey guys I’m Vietnamese American and Vietnamese food is one of my top favorite foods of all time! Happy to see you guys get a taste of my culture!! Banh Xeo and Banh Beo are one of my favorites. You guys need to try Banh Khot.. it’s similar to Banh Xeo but it’s in the shape of mini quiches!!

Y’all’s happiness from eating Vietnamese food 😭🫶🏽🫶🏽🥺 these are dishes that a lot of people don’t really eat often either specifically banh beo, and banh xeo) because all people know is pho unfortunately lol you guys ate the banh xeo (crepe) correct!! We wrap it in lettuce and add herbs, I love rolling it all in rice paper, sooo much easier lol. You guys should try Bun Rieu, and rice sides like our braised cat fish Ca Kho, and braised pork belly Thit Kho. So many others! But those are some more “home cooking” dishes

Yes with the bahn xeo . You wrap it with lettuce , mint , whatever veggie you like & dip with sweet fish sauce . & the broken rice & bbq pork chop you eat it with fish sauce too

Try Mi xao gion (crispy noodle stir fry ) it’s looks similar to what you guys were eating in the video. But its crispy & looks like a “ Birds nest” then top with seafood stir fry . So good! . I always add sriracha & chili oil on top to give it some kick 🔥

Try bahn coun 🤤 it’s like a rice crepe . The filling is similar to bahn xeo. You eat it with sweet fish sauce .

You’re supposed to pour fish sauce over the pork chop also. It’s also best with grilled green onion.
The young coconut has the softer flesh that needs to be scooped out with a spoon (can be sucked through a straw) when the older coconut has harder flesh that can be shredded and comes out in pieces.

I love Vietnamese food there’s so many restaurants around where I live, when I get the fried egg rolls I get the fish sauce and when I get the fresh spring rolls they give me peanut sauce, next time I go I’ll see if I can get this dish that you’re eating, looks so good, can anyone tell me what’s the name of everything .
