NHS has huge shortage of Nurses, so there is lot of work pressure on existing Nurses. Moreover weather in UK is extreme with rainy & cold days. Not worth for Nurses working in Gulf countries. Australia is far better option. For spouses extremely difficult to find decent jobs
Newzealand is not a good option no vacancy
Please dont unecessary hope to the people unless you know something

ഇപ്പൊ ജർമനിൽ വെക്കൻസി അത്യാവശ്യം ഉണ്ട്. ജർമൻ പഠിക്കാൻ കപ്പാസിറ്റി ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ പഠിച്ചു പോകാൻ നോക്ക്. അതും ഒന്നോ രണ്ടോ വർഷം കൂടി കണും. യുകെ പറയുന്ന വെക്കൻസി ഒന്നുമില്ല.സീനിയർ കേറിൽ വന്നു നേഴ്സ് ആയ ഒരുപാടു പേര് നേഴ്സ് ജോബിന് വേണ്ടി നോക്കിട്ട് അവർക്ക് പോലും നേഴ്സ് ജോബ് കിട്ടുന്നില്ല. Don't give unnecessary hope to poor nurses. They can study OET. But remember that the validity is only for 2 years.freshers never get job in the Uk.at least more than one year required.

It is improbable to complete the NMC process within the specified 9-month period due to the absence of a job offer. It is imperative for the OET to remain valid when undertaking the OSCE exam. Hey there, it's up to you to decide, but there are thousands of nurses waiting to enter the UK from around the world after completing CBT and OET. Unfortunately, the NHS is not currently recruiting from abroad because we have enough nurses in the country. These days, lots of senior carers are getting their PINs, so there's less chance of working in the UK, especially within the NHS. If you find a job within 5 months, you can use that score, otherwise, you should go for another attempt. But remember, getting a job within the next 2 years is not guaranteed.

It is up to you to decide, but it is unlikely that you will be able to secure a job in the UK if you do not possess at least one year of relevant work experience.
