When this video came out I started watching it and a few seconds in I knew this manga would be my vibe. I stopped the video (to avoid spoilers) and started reading. It was an absolute breath of fresh air! Thanks, Ryan. I really enjoyed the recommendation. 😊
Probably the most heartwarming manga I've read The movie feels like an add for the manga, the art is great but you'll only get most of it if you've read the manga and it ends on somewhat of a cliffhanger iirc
Awesome review! Your review content is so chill during a work day. A short film/movie for this rather than an episodical adaptation sounds like it would slapppp, I hope the manga does well so they can expand the content.
I read this manga over a year or two ago and it randomly popped in my head recently, but I couldn’t remember the title, good thing this video just uploaded
Part me always new Real Life Ryan would get to Girl From Another Side one day, considering how much the tone reflects that vibe the Pikaf story in Lost Children arc, and the false security of every lighter part in Berserk in General. For real I was taken back by this manga when I just so happened to stumble upon it in the school library. I was like what Ryan said: Ah, this is a kinda sweet bed-time story; than it went around and took a Ax to what you thought was a safe place! It did remind me allot of the also very Burton- like books I grew up reading (How to Train Your Dragon, Bone, The Edge Chronicles) in how this seeming cute fairy tale world turned out to be dark depressing 'but not without hope' roller coaster, witch only got more intense with every volume. I know its not Ryan's thing and personally I think Her furry magic school book should be dodged (At least the vampire bat part should be.) Nagabe's other manga Monochrome Blue while a one-shot his me on a deep personal level, for a guy that seems to connect to cats and lizards allot. It looked like nothing but a Beastars copycat, but like this comic it got unexpectedly savage in just how real it decided to get. Like if you've ever been bullied or ridiculed for being different than what happens to the lizard mc in the manga will certainly get to you. Even if you don't like anthro animals or the genre its in I'd still recommend Monochrome Blue and seriously I wish it had more than just a single volume!
Fun fact - the author of this series, Nagabe, is a member of the furry fandom. His other major works heavily incorporate anthro characters. I've actually read quite a few of them and, while not up to the style and overall story of TGFTOS, they're still really good.
I’m playing elden ring with my headset on and idk what’s going on in this video but I wanted to press play and like and comment just for support. Love ya dude

Man, this manga seems great. Thanks for the spoilerfree review, as always.
Absolutely amazing manga. Wish there more of an adaption than the one episode OVA thing it has

That's not fun at all.
Wow what an uniquely talented mangaka, I wonder what kind of other work he has do- Oh... oh my.
Looks very interesting.
Since I watched Shadows House, I took a liking for the Gothic style animes/ mangas.
The part with the king saying, shiva what a beautiful name.
Got me
“Made In Abyss” Ryan, come on & give it a go, I know you’ll like it.
Bonrewd in my opinion is the most terrifying antagonist. I legit found myself scared of him.
@@sorenjuro Yea totally agree, makes my skin crawl, I think he’s probably the scariest villain I’ve ever read.
This is one of my favorite Manga!!!!

Um mangá Shounen ainda por cima, mais uma vez provando que quem odeia essa demografia está convidado para o tratamento.
