I am new to this type of life I am not raw I cool my veg in the morning every morning I have a bag of kale and a bag of spinage a hole broccoli and a pack of mushrooms and a pack of peppers and 2 strips of celery all chopped up and into a wok and cook it with Himalayan sea salt it's a huge meal and I feel so alive after eating it! And that is the only meal I have at 7am everyday, what's your thoughts seb ? Or anyone else in the comments for that matter ? Peace
Ryan if you can eat that much then that's good, most people can't consume that amount and so whack it on a juice or smoothie. There's nothing wrong with what you're eating but it doesn't seem like a lot of calories for the whole day.
