Look this is what I'll say to about that situation. Watching football is bad for your health, I hate to say this but shit my blood pressure use to be high as hell watchings my Saints once a week😮😂 and then I take the rest of the week and recover💪🏾😂 because that what life is about🤷🏾‍♂️ doing what you want to do but just not doing it all the time. Enjoy life people because no matter what age you die at you still dead and theirs no more Enjoy it!
