Hello Chef this was so easy, instead of flour to coat the chicken pieces I used corn starch. And it makes a great mix for the sauce and pineapple juice. Once its all completed I topped with scallion spring onions. Fantastic!

I made this. Instead of food colouring I used tumeric powder and instead of cornstarch/ corn flour i used all purpose flour. It was really good!
Great idea with the turmeric since I am not a fan of food color
