Here are the ingredients used:
1 tbs Tony’s creole seasoning
1 tbs clovers chicken seasoning
1 pk of sazon goya
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 eggs
For the flour mixture
3 cups flour
1 pk sazon Goya
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbs corn starch
Fryer on 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Fry thighs & legs for 5-10 minutes depending on the size thighs
Wings and brst fried 5-8 minutes
