Thanks Teresa much appreciated. It did take a little while but not as long as this project th-cam.com/video/WI1rtnoVMh0/w-d-xo.html This one took a few months. Don't ever give up trying to fix things, it's the only way to learn.
It is really nice to see different ways of doing the same things, I use beeswax over the super blue , mainly for speed - no overnight soaking 2 years on tools still have no surface rust . Lovely to watch someone else do a real restoration. Thank you
Thanks for watching. That beeswax tip sounds like a great idea, I just ordered some so I can try it out. Thanks also for the kind words, very much appreciated. How's the lighting ?

I have a good collection of adjustable wrenches because I find so many thrown out and recieve some from our areas groundskeeper, I only use a wire wheel on it to remove the worst rust, then wash it with hot water and soap until there's pretty much nothing more coming off of it, then I oil the contact points and assemble it again, and it keeps its patina.
First of all, nice job. But more than that, nice job on the production. Love your editing style and some of the choices you made in editing. (never showed the final unwrapped until the before/after. Nice.

For it to get like this does it mean all of the chrome plate has come off? If so how long did the finish last without rusting again, I just want to know if it's worth doing.
