Just a few suggestions you might try; I think you will be pleased with the results:
Pets benefit from +% physical and since they are your main damage dealers, I would trade any +poison % for +physical %.
Fetish Sociopath works with F.Army and ZM set. Unless you are fighting a boss or elite pack that is destroying all your fetishes, it is usually better to trade one of the dogs for FS. More pets= more mobs being blocked/distracted from getting to you and it is just higher total DPS than the last dog being added to the big dog.
Rain of toads and paranado are great for triggering FS to get them all up quickly. (And group up mobs.)
I would also use a wrathful garg. for bosses and elites.
Also, I'm 99% on this, but you might want to verify it:
Tor. Level does not affect which items drop; R.Ring of G. can come from T1, but only acts 1&4. And Tor. Level does not affect Ho.Caches when opening them. Items are determined when obtained, stats are rolled when opened. (You can test this: T6 HCs have 100% legendary chance).
If you are interested, I've got some extra WD gear in my stash I can send your way- GT:nitsujc

One thing I like about having more dogs vs. the one uber dog, is more hits per second = more life per hit. I run a build with gargantuan, fetishes, and 5 dogs, and half the time enemies cant even reach me because my pets block them. My fetishes currently crit for 14 mil anyway so tall mans finger isnt an issue. I can run t4-6 without worry.
P.s. Try and get your hands on a tasker and theo. Increases pets attack rate. Also check out the Unity invincible follower method but make sure to prioritize defense stats for your follower when you do so.

T.J. Mayhem if you have magefist and run the fire dog, you don't need to worry about the healing dogs. One dog for healing purposes is pretty useless. BTW magefist gives extra fire damage and as of right now my dog is getting 200mil per hit at most.

Opening them on t6 doesn't change the drop rate if you didn't get them in t6 their pre determined before you open them

Rain of toads with the passive to summon fetishes is pretty sweet. You can end up with like 30 of them (i wish they had a counter on how many fetishes are on the field but it doesnt, unless theres an option to show it?

where's ur gargantuan with this build? sweet build but I Run basically the same but instead off pirannahas I use soul harvest and instead locust swarm the gargantuan with the mask of jeram garagantuan deals massive damage especially since ur base damage is so high.... just a thought besides with the build I just described ur never using any mana

just so everyone knows, HC are rolled at the difficulty you obtain them, opening them in T6 does nothing different unless you obtained it from T6 bounties. That being said, You can get Royal Ring from Horadric caches from any difficulty, however if you want a lvl 70 one you need to obtain a HC from either Act 1 or 4 on at least T1 difficulty.

for 100% legendary chance with HC in T6 do they have to be found in T6 or just opened in T6?

My gargantuan dog with the tall man ring, and the helmeth with 89% more damage for the pets, also I have the tasker & theo gauntlets, they increase the pets attack velocity by 49%, anyway I've seen the crit damage go up to 134 million it's insane, I play in T6 and the dog doesn't take more than 2 hits to kill normal monsters, like I said, it's insane. Everything is done playing normal, without modds or other cheats.

For gloves Tasker & Theo are the only way to go with a pet doc build. For reference, my pet build is a fire based build. For basic attacks fire ball with pyrogeist rune is incredibly useful, place the 3 geists and then usually run haunt with poison rune, for decent range and low channel cost as well as the 20% increased damage on those haunted. I also choose to run the gargantuan as my second pet with the wrathful protector rune as he does massive damage for 15 seconds and my dog is always there to help tank. My dog hits an average crit of 110 mil and my gargantuan hits for around 60 mil on a crit.
