@@rumanatarafder616 People have been speculating Luocha is actually Otto, but from a different universe. As the name "Luocha" can be also seen as the word "Raksha" I hear. The name Li Sushang in Honkai Impact 3rd called Otto by. Even Welt Yang notices the similarities, as, when he was presented a photo of Luocha, he seemed either troubled or like he knows something. As, the Welt Yang in Star Rail, is the exact same one in Honkai Impact 3rd. Not an AU counterpart like Bronya and Seele are in Star Rail.
You know if i got a penny fot everytime Alejandro Saab plays a character that looks badass, hold the power of lightning and can be a wisecracker, I'd have 2. Which isn't much but its funny that it happends twice

@@stuffzluvverz_7665 On the leaks, there's a marshal or boss of the generals of the Xianzhou ships that is hinted to be the Fu Hua expy, but then again if there are 2 bronyas in this game, it wouldn't be farfetched to have more than 1 Fu Hua in the game.

Actually he’s directly from Honkai Impact 3rd and made Arahato! It’s a mecha anime and he rode the huge mecha with his comrade Siegfried to the moon! More of this is expanded on in the Second Eruption manga (a prequel to Hi3’s story). Oh yeah! His phone case is the mecha. Later on in the story, he opens an animation studio with Hi3rd’s Bronya!

HE IS from Honkai Impact 3rd.
He literally is. He just got sent to another universe. I still need to start reading the HI3rd's manga, as it's canon to the main story of the game it's associated with. I keep putting it off and dunno why.
