Good job! I was too cheap to buy a dedicated deck cleaner. I bought a gallon of " Totally Awesome" brand degreaser from Dollar Tree for $ 3.50 and used that. Wetted down my deck & used a spray bottle to apply about a 1/4 of the gallon degreaser, waited 5 mins then used a push broom with med stiff bristles..then rinsed with a garden hose with a sprayer. I let it dry for 48 hrs & restained. Deck came out great. My deck is open to the Texas sun & had been stained 4 years prior but was in need of restaining. I wasnt sure if the cheap degreaser would work but it removed the dirt, algae really well. I used a light honey golden stain because it gets really hot in south Texas. You did a nice job on your deck. It looks good. My method worked grat for me but Im not sure if it would for anyone else. I thought I would share my experience with you & your audience. Take care..
