Excellent tutorial video! Thank you :-) I bought this canner, but I haven’t used it yet and this is really helpful! Now I am pescatarian so I don’t eat meat. I do eat fish and eggs. I would probably want to use a plant based protein. Now I have an odd question for you and I know you probably would just have to guess, but if I use a plant base meat that has fat in it do you think I would can it for the same amount of time as meat or as just vegetables? The vegan meats are plants but they do have fat. I’m also wondering if I use beans what you suggest for the time? Your grandkids are adorable ❣️❣️❣️

the hub does not give you 50amps unless you plug in two ecoflow ultra inverter

I have everything accept my stove as well but this his how I got around it, I bought an induction plate and put it on top of it. I have a microwave that has an air fryer and convection oven option, and then there is the instant pot and electric water kettle. You could use one burner on the stove if you put everything on an interlock switch instead of transfer switch but that's an all or nothing approach

You get it done Grandma! Thank you. We actually have an awning that needs to be replaced. Costco has CRAZY good prices on Ecoflow. BTW do you have: 1. Starlink - 2. A water cistern - We just received our 13000 kW Westinghouse generator and it will be "installed" in a few weeks. I know you use a transfer switch but I was going with the interlock kit and I would just use the breakers in the panel to manage circuits. However, the more I think about it the more I think I need a transfer panel. Where did you purchase yours from? My wife is a quilter as well!

Have you tested if (when two inverters are connected via the 50a hub) connecting solar input on one inverter will charge the other inverter?

Good job! I was too cheap to buy a dedicated deck cleaner. I bought a gallon of " Totally Awesome" brand degreaser from Dollar Tree for $ 3.50 and used that. Wetted down my deck & used a spray bottle to apply about a 1/4 of the gallon degreaser,waited 5 mins then used a push broom with med stiff bristles..then rinsed with a garden hose with a sprayer. I let it dry for 48 hrs & restained. Deck came out great. My deck is open to the Texas sun & had been stained 4 years prior but was in need of restaining. I wasnt sure if the cheap degreaser would work but it removed the dirt,algae really well. I used a light honey golden stain because it gets really hot in south Texas. You did a nice job on your deck. It looks good. My method worked grat for me but Im not sure if it would for anyone else. I thought I would share my experience with you & your audience. Take care..

Very very informative and helpful. We are in KS and I am hoping to find a knowlegable electrican to install this system for home back up. The thing is we are all electric including hot water and heat/ac. We have two circuit panels with 100 amp service coming into each box. So it may be interesting to see how an electrician can finagle it to work for us and help us to know how many batteries we need with the inverter. Thank you again for such a wonderful video. Good morning, and great job walking us through your set up! I will be setting up almost the exact same array using the same Aptos panels... Why did you choose to use a 30amp breaker for the 10 Aptos panels in Series? I thought that a 20amp was the correct size for Series wiring with those panels. 11.24amps x 1.56 (safety factor) = 17.56vdc. Then rounding up, I would have thought a 20amp breaker for your "high voltage" side array would be the right size. Your thoughts??

thanks for telling people there is no instructions in the box. i got out in the middle of no where , no cell signal opened the box to put it togther . nothing.. i ended up with a wasted trip there was not even a picture. print out the instructions.

Being a first time user i did not see the dropped stitches when making the cuff. How does one fix that? After its off the addi 22? I tried and got frustrated that it didnt work. 😢😭 i went slow and still lost the stitches. Binding at toe was good. Help please.
