It's so true, that we can intellectualize our spiritual life and journey to God all we want but the time comes when it's a relationship of trust and love. I'm glad I had the opportunity to hear Dr. Akhtar's journey to Christ and His church. God bless all who made this program possible. Thank you.
This is the 2nd conversion story of a Muslim to Catholic Faith, I listened today. What an amazing work of the Holy Spirit to draw them Closer to Catholic Church.
So interesting hearing people's stories of how faith grows over time. This interview has that great blend of mathematician logic explaining the logic and mystery of faith.
If your Christianity came from the God of Abraham, can you provide me one thing you believe and practice as in Christianity that is valid before the God and it stands before the God, that which could lead you to salvation, just one thing please????? Hint: Five pillars of Islam that Muslims practice day-in and day-out are valid before the God and they stand before the God.
Answering as a Catholic. It is pretty close on 3 of them. The Catholic ( universal) creed. "I believe in one God The Father Almighty, creator of heaven and Earth. 2. Catholics are to practice the corporal works of mercy, which includes helping the poor. 3. Catholics are required to fast on certain days.
@@maho9171 I am so glad you did not provide me an answer as: "Killing Jesus is valid before God and it stands before God, so that Christians will receive salvation in the hereafter" But sadly 2.4 billion on Earth are believing in dying and dead God arose from death for you, as per all denominations of Christianity without killing Jesus and Jesus rising from death there is NO salvation for Christians. _"Answering as a Catholic. It is pretty close on 3 of them. "_ If Christianity couldn't get elementary beliefs so correct, how can you put your trust on holy books authored by ordinary men found in the NT? I wouldn't put my trust and salvation in the line over Christianity, because there are so many ordinary human elements and ordinary human interpretations are incorporated in the faith.

This episode is offensive to ecumenical and Inter-faith dialogue. Hopefully Cardinal Robert McElroy will use his new position to end EWTN and this material.

I enjoyed this interview. Thank you.🙏
Great to see that our Catholic Church has been attractive to Muslim people.
Fascinating testimony. Thank you Mr. Akhtar. Welcome into our faith.

Uh, no it’s not. He’s a Catholic now. He’s sharing his experience.
Cardinal McElroy is a clown, part of a dying generation of modernist boomers who put gay rights above protecting unborn children. No thanks.

Not sure what was offensive about this episode - I thought it was a great episode. I love this show.
effeminate males are always offended so just turn it off and watch Tele Tubby.
