It was the worst experience. 12th of May which is mother's day i went there with my mother and husband . I booked my reservation on 1st of May. And they got all the details and told that reservation is booked and they'd call me again for the confirmation. We were trying to call them like thousands times. BUT never answered! The contact no which is visible on google also was not working. Normally when they got all the details and we thought that it was actually booked. I actuallty don't know whether this procedure is different in other hotels. If our reservation is not confirmed then they should have called us and let us know. we booked it before like two weeks for this special day. Okay the best part is when we get there, the manager who was a muslim Guy, tall and little bit fair was very rude to us! He told that if u don't get a confirmation call, reservation is cancelled and that is common sense" so they should call us and tell us that it is cancelled and why is it not possible to book before like two weeks!!!! What is this logicc!! Confirmation call is like they going to confirm whether we are coming or not. Like something that happens with the other hotels! How rude! to a customer!! Like if it is the first time of someone to a buffet it was like very rude! At least they had to apologize. No they didnt do it and was asking about my general knowledge! I'll never ever suggest this place to Someone! I guess all the people who went to that buffet was like reserved them through some kind of connection. Because they never answer the phone!! One guy from the lobby area was trying to reserve chinese resturant to us. He was kind! But it was not what we want! We left ITC and called kingsbury hotel. Even though there buffet was full, arranged a table to us like within 10 mins. And the food was amazing and the variations were so good!
This is not a paid video and this is our personal experience. We also tried several times and booked a seat, we are really sorry for what happened to you.😔
