It's hazardous to yourself to be doing that cleaning up. Good on you for doing it. Our local county here in CA cleaned up a homeless encampment recently. They found a dead guy in a tent. The news said that he'd probably been in there for a couple of months..
Toby is pretty awesome Kenny! He is so laid back. Our ten week old Golden Stella is the opposite..........she chases our four year old Golden Missy around the backyard at 100MPH!!! She'll play for a couple of hours and then sleep a couple. She does at least sleep the whole night now....Thank Heaven!
Isn't the weather strange? You are staying warm compared to normal.........we're the same way. Last couple of weeks we have had 50 degrees. Yesterday we actually had 80 degrees......this morning it's 20 degrees with a wind chill of 2 degrees. The Day Lillie's are up, we have Tulips 6-8 inches tall.................everything seems to be running a month ahead...............means we'll probably get surprised yet with a big snow. I've noticed your lack of snow which is good for us. Less chance of the Mississippi giving us a big Spring flood.

May I be so arrogant as to share with you what my Vet told me. He said that a dog chewing on a tennis ball is akin to us taking a metal file to our own teeth. He said tennis balls are too abrasive for soft enamel, and it won't take long for troubles to start. I'm not preaching or telling a man his business. Just sharing...

Yes. He was a nice guy. He was hanging around his truck, waiting for a signal from me to see if I was interested in a conversation. I was watching him from inside my camper. I could see he was taking his time loading his gear. It's funny recognizing people's behaviors. You can always tell when someone wants to talk or just be left alone. Usually, it's up to the guy occupying the campsite to decide if a conversation will take place. I would bet I talk with a dozen people over the course of a year. A lot of people are locals and want to know how I found their secret spot.
@@KennyOfAllTrades I agree, there is etiquette and decorum involved in camping and the wilderness, which is just another way of practicing manners, civility, and politeness. Sometimes I initiate the conversation, sometimes the other person, but it sure is nice talking to like minded people when camping.

4 years in a row 1984 to 88 trout fishing with cowboy. We spent 5 days in his camper fishing every trout stream from Kalkaska to Howard city bring me back Kenny

I have never seen such a well behaved young dog like that. What a great addition to your channel. And in regards to the water on the shoreline, I can remember father in the spring time using an extension ladder with planks on it to get on the ice to go fishing.

What a great dog Toby is going to be! I think he probably feels safe inside the camper it’s secure for him. As the two of you bond more and it warms up outside I can see him wanting to spend more time outside with you. That was kinda spooky in those woods at night. I have had to deal with coyotes where I live while walking my dogs early in the mornings we go early in the summer because of the heat. I’ve had them follow me and circle me it’s pretty scary as they are really not all that afraid of humans. I have large dogs and it’s kinda like they are sizing them up to see if they can take them down or not. The coyotes in our area run from about 40 to 80 lbs and can be quite intimidating! Be careful out there!
