I'm not really a regular follower of yours Cat (well that sounded way more creepy than I intended) but I just want you to know that I really appreciate how down to earth and relatable you are whenever I do watch something of yours. You are not afraid to talk about personal things, like your roller coaster fear and how that psychologically/physically affected you, and you don't really play in to the whole crazy Phandom shipping insanity that happens with these kinds of vlogs. I do consider myself part of the "Phandom" (sometimes I cringe at how creepy that sounds) and I'd like to apologize on our behalf for a lot of the irrational hate and suspicion that always seems to arise. I know this comment will probably get lost in the sea of comments about your hair or Phil's room service order, but I do hope you see this and know that I really appreciate and respect you for what you do and how you go about your channel. Keep on doin' you and thanks for giving a little bit of insight into Playlist for those who weren't lucky enough to attend this year. I can't wait to see more from you and have a great day! :)

To address this honestly. It's really tough to remember to have a true balance when vlogging. I try to be natural and film when the moment seems fitting. Back in the day people used to complain that I left Phil out of my vlogs - so when I add more Phil, and less Dan, people say the opposite. I can't really please everyone. And vlogging certainly doesn't depict my actual friendship with people. I love them the same. We're all besties. The end. All I will say on the matter.

Why can't I watch one of your vlogs without people talking about Danrific or Phan?! Like, c'mon people. They're all FRIENDS just understand that. I'm sure Cat gets very annoyed when seeing comments like these.

Cat, your so real around the camera and I aspire to be a TH-camr like you one day! I hope I have a friendship as amazing as you have with Dan and Phil. Being that happy at every second of the day must've been hard but you pulled it off! I am alas to poor to come to any special events and my family doesn't believe in my dream as a TH-camr but knowing that you are out there smiling your brightest no matter what just gives me hope.

You know Dan has other friends too? He might be seeing them, he isn't JUST friends with Cat and Phil. Plus you only saw 8 minutes of their time in playlist in this vlog, they were probably together for most of the day. Don't be so quick to judge.

Ahh I've been stalking all of my favorites' channels waiting for playlist vlogs, and yours was one of the first up. It all looks like so much fun and is getting me so pumped for vidcon.
A lot of your viewers or followers are "Dan and Phil" fans and I think it's great because I like them too but I think it's rude come to every video which have the two and write "I'm here just for Dan and Phil" so I just want to say "I'm here because you're awesome and funny. I'm here for Cat"

I absolutely love the fact that you are so down to earth, funny, friendly and unafraid to share something personal. Also, thank you so much for posting the Playlist vlog. I was wondering what you, Dan and Phil were up to at Playlist this year. I live in a different country and I can't afford tickets, so I can't go to Playlist or Vidcon at all. I wish to go to Vidcon one year in the future and meet you, but that might not happen for a while.
