1:10 ...How soon is now? by The Smiths (Morrissey)!!!! love this song! 1:55 Music needs time and space to play it, obviously. Music needs time to live in and sometimes is a memory, a childhood memory, or a really dramatic memory..a fight, a loss, a death, a birth, a movie..something totally ordinary. The song captures that..
For some reason to me by seeing your messages I feel you knew Jeff personally but I'm sure that is private but love seeing your uploads of Jeffs music interviews ect. and messages.
no, i didn't know him personally, but we have the same thoughts, same feelings, same mentality, same emotion, same passion for singing. It is like I knew him from another world, a past life, may be. But I'm not young, I'm about same age as Jeff would be today. Same generation.
This man screamed like a banshee, yelled RASTAFARI, and then proceeded to almost cough up a lung….?? LMAO!! Jesus he is my wacko dream man….. I love your sweet and bitter heart and aching soul Jeff Buckley. I will be waiting for you on the other side.
Sorry, I don't like this interviewer. He doesn't seem to understand Jeff Buckley. Buckley is a poet and a deep thinker. The interviewer asked the wrong questions.
I wonder what Grifters track he played. I also think that he's not telling the interviewer that he played on Patti's new album recorded in Aug. of 1995 before he went down under that same month. He plays on a song called Beneath The Southern Cross
I've wondered that too, I adore The Grifters. Jeff also sang on 'Fireflies' and played some improvised guitar with Tom Verlaine on another track called 'Wander I Go' - which was supposed to be on that album but got released later on : )
That scream is incredible, what a range.
Walrus81 reminded me of the movie Talk Radio lol.
he had such a dulcet voice. Both in speaking and singing. So beautiful
Thank god there are many interviews
Only Jeff's music and love at first sight can make time stand still for me.
Thank you for sharing. Remembering him today...

Hi, if you look up Jeff Buckley Triple J 1995, you can find an article that details the songs they played. Hope this helps
