The owners of both sides of the property may be stubborn, but money talks. Neither of them are making any cash off the property, so somebody needs to force these guys to stop acting like children and make something happen.
Side note- Part 5 has good kills, but the insanely annoying cast makes it not fun to watch.

We need something for sure. I watch 5 to laugh and don’t take the cast serious. Some of the kills are hilarious. Guy in the port a Jon. Too funny. 😂 Mike

@@ReelDead5156 it's not a problem of taking the cast to seriously. It's a problem of the cast is so annoying that I can't stand to watch the movie. Even their death scenes are not cathartic enough to make up for it
