Great video! Can't wait to add a Decoy to the garage and hopefully this year! Keep these videos coming and looking forward to more feedback on the bike.
Soon as you said your shifting had messed up I started heading to the comments to say ‘check your rear axle’. You beat me to it though😄 Class bike and riding🤙🏼
Looked super fun. Cant wait to get an emtb. My legs get tired and i have a hard time maintaining speed...so i end up going slower than I want which makes things less fun.. looks alot easier to maintain speed on these things
Had my rear axle actually slide out on Chutes Ridgeline!! Somehow didn’t crash, but I now check if it’s tight every other ride. Only happened once 🤷♀️
The hardest part about riding the ebike is not shifting more than one gear at a time. Single shift or break some chains. Climbing is super fun and the whole ride takes more focus, as you can’t drift into thought as you aimlessly climb on the analog.
What up man. Nice rig... I'm thinking about jumping on one of these. But a little concerned about the EP8 motor rattling? My Intense Tazer with EP8 sounded like a shopping cart coming down those trails, so I don't want to put myself in that situation again. Thoughts?
You can pedal normal after battery dies ofc, the motor disconnects with your cranks. If it's more fun depends on your riding style, if you drive downhill and tech stuff it's not really advantageous, but Enduro style, bashing long rides through anything uphill trails and downhill it's way more fun since ur driving a motorized tank compared to a normal mtb
@@bossardsimon3796 I went with a Medium and am 5’10” it’s a very playful size for jumping and such would prob do a large if I did much higher paced riding
I just bought the same bike, it's my first ebike, the fun is multiplied, the performance is amazing
Always fun to watch!
I like the colors. Nice looking video!
Congrats on the Decoy. More miles, more smiles! #SelfShuttle
Thanks! 😄
You're on it!
Thanks man! I was definitely trying but still have to get used to a few things

Thank you! I definitely will 🤙🏼

Is this like a known issue with this bike ?

Great vid man... question. What size is your bike and how tall are you. Thinking on buying the same one.

I’ve been thinking about getting a Decoy for awhile!
Same! Glad I finally pulled the trigger

ebikes are so awesome.
does your '23 Decoy have the EP8 motor rattle? couldnt tell if the noises on the downhill were the motor rattle or something else.

Yeah it's definitely been a learning curve!
do you feel the weight of the bike in turns & uphill climb?
Which battery do you have an what's the average range there? Looks like Greer Ranch., wondering how far my 540 will take me there, nice vid,
A couple drops of green or blue loctite will keep that axle from backing off.
a tiny bit of grease keeps the axle in. you'd think it'd do the opposite but nah

what do you think about this decoy vs fezzari timp peak ? which one more nimble?
I’d have to jump on the Timp Peak again to say!
That bike is badass dude. Now you just need the SX 310’s to finish it off🔥
Thanks man! And I'm actually no longer affiliated with that company
@@MTBFLOW Time for a new adventure brother.🔥
Are EMTB worth getting over a normal mtb ? And if battery dies can you pedal EMTB analog?

which size did you go with and what is your height?
Hi ! Did you have any answer ? I’d like to know as well
Thx
