The reveal that he was completely just fucking with BF and wasn't taking this that seriously at all was such a Sans-ish way to end the song. It's nice to see a mod that feels like it gets Sans' character right - he's pulling tricks here and there, but he's not throwing Gaster Blasters and death notes at the player or spamming as many notes as he can fit on the screen.
I like to imagine he wasn’t even trying to look like he was taking this seriously and was just running on fumes until his sudden second wind

I love that they didn’t go overboard with the mechanic. The situation didn’t really merit a crazy fight, just a regular rap battle.
I hope upon an update, BF actually says something that pusses sans off and he straight up goes hard-mode. It would make so much sense to introduce the mechanic here for later

Considering how much Undertale kinda dances on the border of the fourth wall, I wouldn't be surprised if Sans knows exactly what he's doing. I feel like he has enough control over his own magic that, if he wanted to just throw BF himself, he could.

that mechanic is incredible, I can’t get over how well it’s implemented and how well it works, I also can’t get over the GF animation, this mod is beautiful.
I do really love the mechanic that involves messing computer around. But also still can't get over about what happened during tumblr's sexy man contest, and Toby Fox wrote a freaking fanfic of it. It was wild.

What's especially cool is how it isn't just aesthetic either - the movement could totally fuck with a player's inputs if they aren't paying attention.

Change window to like 800:400 or whatever and DONT MOVE THE WINDOW. I tried moving it to the middle of my screen slightly and I couldn’t see sometimes (not the notes tho)
Do you have more than one monitor, if so stop deactivate one of them before opening the game, if not then these others might work

It's probably a setting that makes the game think your screen is bigger than what it looks

What’s the mod name
You would probably enjoy Rhythm Doctor, which has a simpler mechanic of only one button to press, but they implement it in a way that makes it feel challenging and unique. They also have a song that has your game minimize and then move across the screen like this. It'll even go across a second monitor if you have one. It's really cool.
This reminds of that Rhythm Doctor mechanic.
The funny thing about this mechanic is that it's very easy to code too!
Its always cool when a game messes with stuff outside of its window... or in this case the window itself
Finally a sans mod where he doesn't go "blue eye god mode gaster blaster bad time". You really feel like you're doing a rap battle with COMIC sans. Plus papyrus in the background. I love it. 11/10
Pretty sure the window moving mechanic isn't a first thing to happen in a FNF mod, but still it suits Sans really well.

I was half expecting Sans to pull a uno reverse and reset the score to being neutral at the end. He’s here for the laughs and it would be funny to see that all the effort of beating him, just resulted in a neutral score. Even if you were about to lose or win, he’d reset it; he’s aware that you’re not a threat to Snowdin or his brother, so doing that is like Sans saying:
“He he, no hard feelings.”
this is a great mechanic, but imagine having two monitors hooked up to each other and it slides across both of them

this reminds me of a very similar mechanic used in the game Rhythm Doctor on a few levels where it forces you into windowed mode and moves the game window during the level, very cool!

Can really distract you
The best thing about this is that it’s a balanced fuck you mechanic. Sometimes when I see some fan made sans fights or Gaster fights it requires pixel perfect inputs and tends to be a TASK instead of an actual person. Like the reason I love the actual Sans, but hate a lot of fan made Sans fights is because the OG fight is unfair, but somehow still completely fair.
Like the attacks aren’t random, or come in a different order. Once you remember the patterns you’ll be good, but if you don’t know the pattern the attack is insanely difficult but still possible.
In Fan Made fights if you don’t know the exact way to do the attack you’re dead. Sometimes they’ll even move the screen during super intense moments which is literally impossible to react to some attacks.
The attack that basically switches between attacks gives you enough time to react, but no more than that. It’s very similar to this in which the screen moves either during a moment that isn’t intense, you’re already holding the note, or you see what you’ll have to input for like 5 seconds before it moves. Would it be unfair in a first attempt, yes, is it easy to adapt to, yes.

I'll explain some things about that, it's because of a couple reasons:
- obviously school as you said LOL
- deltarune/undertale fnf mods are much more common than actual fangames nowadays
- theory videos and stuff with commentary are harder because I can't record with a roomate, but the next theory video is on its way to coming out now

imagine having a wide screen monitor and it just becomes that one attack in the sans fight where sans throws u to the right and you have to dodge bones
To make this mechanic much cooler is that sans could rip the screen apart and move it around and put it back together
finally another instance of a game (or well mod) doing this ive only ever seen this done in rhythm doctor which was very cool i wish more games would do this maybe even as a feature that can be used in game
