They were originally going to be having Symphony No. 2 from On The Go and Symphony No. 4, Movement 1 from On The Go and Movement 4 from Meet The Orchestra, but they were removed because the video might take too long.

My opinion on Baby Beethoven Symphony of Fun:
This video is a great one. It is like a mixture of Baby Mozart and Baby Bach with many similar elements. As the name implies, it has amazing music only by Ludwig van Beethoven. I like how it shows the symphony pieces with different characters and the Disney puppet designs as well. That's probably what makes it unique from the other classical music videos. I didn't own the 2002 version as I grew up with the 2004 version when I was little. So this video, along with Baby Bach and Baby Mozart, really are the perfect Baby Einstein videos. They only have classical music by their respective composers. I do agree with you.
