Great. . . then no us attorney or agency can file outside of the district where they have their principal place of business. Pretty sure when something regulates what can and can’t be sold then that expressly includes retailers-who do the actual selling that is being regulated 😅 It’s not about what argument they add it’s about being affected.
pretty sure if i sell a product and it's banned or causes harm that was not properly explained to me as a person that would be selling said item would adversely affect my reputation, my integrity, potentially put me at legal liability for selling said item retail
