    The thing I love about TH-cam is, when I search for help on a topic and I discover a whole channel that expands that topic into a whole universe of knowledge. Thank you!

      Thank you for your message, the no 1 thing that has helped me was to learn and practice memory techniques. Become good at them and practice remembering information, and trying to recall it. I have lots of blogs on my site to read and get you started.
