As much as I admire (from a far) Steve for his accomplishments, I do feel for this woman. Imagine being married to a successful man, had his child only, to find out he's been dating another beauty, then marries her in the blink of an eye. And no, I'm not blaming Marjorie. This is why we need to embrace our men openly having more than one woman. The judge in yesterday's court hearing between talk show host Steve Harvey and ex-wife Mary Harvey temporarily lifted a gag order to allow Steve Harvey to respond to Mary's recent TH-cam allegations.
In the videos, Mary Harvey, whose divorce was finalized in 2005, claimed that Steve was a serial cheater throughout their marriage and left her with nothing after their split.
Documents released by the court yesterday indicate that Mary Harvey was not left destitute after her divorce, as she had suggested. Rather, she was paid $40,000 a month until March 2009 and received a $1.5 million lump sum thereafter.
Mary, who claims she was "evicted" from their home, was also awarded three homes in their property settlement.
The documents indicate that Steve Harvey has primary custody of their 13-year-old son Wynton, whom Mary sent on a plane to his father with Steve's knowledge--a fact Mary's former assistant recently confirmed.
"Mary was very overwhelmed and she did not want that...so she asked me to get a ticket and put [Wynton] on the plane to his father," Mary's former assistant Jocelin said on the Rick Smily Morning Show. "I had to put him on the plane and not let [Steve's] party know until 30 minutes before he landed."
Steve Harvey "is authorized to publish this order for the limited purpose of refuting the allegations of respondent Mary Lee Harvey," the documents said. "... [A]ll prior injunctions and gag orders remain in full force and effect."
The judge also ordered Mary Harvey to remove the videos from the internet and to cease talking about the divorce and custody case.

Harvey is being sued by his second ex-wife, E! News has learned, for upwards of $60 million dollars.
According to court documents obtained by E! News, the comedian's ex claims that her life has never been the same following their divorce in 2005.
Mary alleges that she's been suicidal and has resorted to self-medicate in an effort to handle the aftermath of their highly publicized (and highly contentious) divorce battle.
She is suing Steve for a lengthy list of things, including child endangerment, torture, conspiracy against rights, intentional infliction of emotional distress, breach of contract and even "soul murder." The lawsuit states: "Soul murder is achieved by a combination of torture, deprivation and brainwashing."
It continued, "The plaintiff had [lost] her son, had her businesses taken from her, nowhere to live, all Mother's Days had been painful and empty."
Mary's lawsuit was filed in a court of law by Mary's "civil rights activist" and not an attorney.
Back in April, Mary posted a series of TH-cam videos alleging that she never received her divorce settlement after the two split.
"The judge said our divorce would be contingent upon the division of community assets but that never happened," she explained.
"Steve Harvey owes me $50 million and I want him arrested for violating my civil rights. I want him charged with a constitutional rights violation, falsifying documents, perjury, contempt of court, embezzlement, extortion and collusion. For what he's done to me, I want to see Steve Harvey behind bars."
Steve and Mary were married from 1996 to 2005. Steve then married Marjorie Bridges-Woods in 2007. The two have been together ever since.

It is obvious, Margie wanted Mary's husband and the notoriety that comes with it. Steve left this woman without giving her anything, then, he gave Marjorie's children his last name. Marjorie is the crook, here. Steve is such a comedian he does not realize the pain, anguish, suffering he caused Mary was not a joke nor a laughing matter . He did not realize this family feud was not a damn game show, it was reality. His legal and attorney fees could have been avoided by having a decent family bible believing preacher counsel them, hopefully concluding to give that money to her instead. They know right from wrong from a very young age; they have ruined him. children are suppose to love their parents, because he has been exposed to all of this he must now answer to the lord at a young age. Mary knew her marriage to Steve was falling apart,she was his mistress from his first marriage but she chose to stay involve whether she knew he was married are not especially when she found out he lied she could have walked away but she didn't she enjoyed the ride,why she never got a career while being married to steve,and if she did have a career she could've done alot for herself look at his first wife she went on with her life with 3 kid's and raise them with out Steve and made a life for herself and Mary could've done the same thing,if ur staying at home while he's working how did u make him successful,Mary knew about other woman before majorie even came along why she stayed instead of leaving it was because of the lifestyle Mary had plenty of opportunity to walk away when her marriage was falling apart knowing everything she knew.
