Bought Polene Dix and was not happy with it. I had to return due to quality issues. Polene replaced it but they sent the wrong color. After almost a month of back and forth email exchanges, they finally sent the correct bag (with some issues but I just decided to accept it). They sent free cardholders for the hassle but the other card holder has peeling with the rubber lining. My experience with the brand wasn’t very pleasant. Designs are really nice but Polene is not consistent with their quality.
if you don't mind me asking, ano po ang issues sa pinaka last na bag na ipinalit nila?
@@wenchy387hi! Yung strap nila misaligned and uneven. If you’re OC like me, mabobother ka. They replied sabi handmade daw kaya daw those peculiarities are not considered as defects. It’s kind of the opposite of what they’re advertising - high quality and craftsmanship..
@@pauline__g correct! dapat walang mga misaligned na stitches dahil kasama yun sa quality and binabayaran natin yung quality ng item. Besides, hindi mura mga purses nila. So, we deserve to be given the quality item that we paid for.
@@wenchy387yeah.. stressful yung transaction ko with them. buti ako yung bumili directly from polene kaya nacocontact ko sila.. I’m wondering if bought thru a personal shopper kung pano yung arrangement pag may issues. nagcompensate naman yung polene kahit papano pero i can’t say na worth it ng stress ko.

Correct si Ms. Amy, silent luxury. Polene used full grained leather the highest grade of leather, long lasting and stronger. I wish I could have one of Polene bags.
Polene is not that much maganda may mga bags sila uneven ang mga tahi kaya dito sa uae ndi ng boom masyado ang brand its made in spain brand.Binebenta nila ng mahal dahil gusto nilang maging kalevel ng mga branded na luxury brands.Just saying po.
My frens bought polene micro and mini but unhappy pricy sya yet quality ng tahi daw uneven.
