I don't watch his show, but I like his interview style: confident, laid back, humorous, and always smiling. Seems like he'd be another good guest host when Jimmy needs one.
What a radiant presence sure, confident never arrogant knowing where to find the nifty detail and laugh about himself. I am sure he is a great neighbour to have shed or not.
Ironically, I am currently re-watching Six Feet Under (one of my favorite TV shows). The entire cast of Six Feet was fantastic. Peter’s performance was so natural and believable. Nate was the character I could always relate to the most, especially his politeness when he wanted to throttle someone! Or when he ACTUALLY told someone off!
What a career he's had. He's definitely made some great decisions along the way. This is what, his fourth or fifth hit show? He has such a likeable personality, like that friendly, handsome dad next door type of vibe.
We call that a Q rating. He’s a classic working actor in the vein of likability, Trust, looks etc. audiences have a natural positive response that helps keep your hands off the remote.
My daughter and I were huge fans of Peter when we watched “ Six Feet Under” . He looks fantastic and is so down to earth. That show was pivotal for us. My daughter was a teenager and her and Claire were at the same stages in their young adulthood.
If you haven’t watched Six Feet Under, it’s probably the absolute greatest show to ever exist. Dropped recently on Netflix and still as incredible as ever.
I find Jimmy Kimmel the best late night host. He come out without repeating his name or blabbering gibberish. His guests are interesting and Guillermo is the best sidekick.
Didn't they also burn down the house across the street from the Fishers in an early season one episode? So they could it tie back to that one episode! :)
I made myself dinner and intended to watch monday's monologue, but stopped when I saw Peter Krause! I loved him first on "Sports Night", then "Six Feet Under". I made myself fish and chips😂😂😂😂😂😂
Haven’t watched the show but I’ll definitely check it out. Jimmy’s idea about the arsonist character sounds really cool! Especially if the character started performing arson because he was denied a bank loan when he lived in San Diego. Lol 😂
Mountain lions are pretty shy around people... most people are lucky to even get to glimpse one. Obviously they would fight if cornered, but they prefer to run away from people and stake out easier and smaller prey.
Yes - a few years ago. That's why Marvel (also owned by Disney) now had Deadpool, and you're starting to see X-Men characters pop up in Marvel movies. Marvel's even working on a new Fantastic 4 movie.
Really, nothing about burning down the Six Feet Under house? I mean, I can understand it on some level. It's too precious to even think about it, but come on Jimmy, would a SFU reference have hurt you?
Man he’s got some massive juevos, bear spray has been known to not even work on bears, can’t imagine it would on a mountain lion hurtling toward you at 45mph. The only way you’re getting me out there is if tony stark built me my own ironman suit, because at least when a grizzly grabs me and tosses me 30 yards it won’t be as painful
Just got into '9-1-1' recently! Bobby and Athena are my favorite characters from the show! And may I say, Peter Krause is amazing!!!
Same I love those two, very nice match 😍
@@heyitsanneyeong Oh yeah, the writers knew what they were doing when they paired those two together!
Yes,! I love that show 911!
Me too!!! I just finished season 3!
@@peytoncooke1334 Ah you watched the tsunami episodes then! Great stuff!
I've been a fan of Peter Krause since I saw him in 'Six Feet Under'. So talented and generous, and he's hardly aged at all!
You neglected to mention that he's easy on the eyes, too 😉
loved him in parenthood too.
Ditto!!
Dirty Sexy Money was awesome, too!
lets not forget sports night, brilliant show, gone too soon!
I don't watch his show, but I like his interview style: confident, laid back, humorous, and always smiling. Seems like he'd be another good guest host when Jimmy needs one.
He is so sexy and gorgeous
Yes, he is❤

Gustavus Adolphus!!! Fabulous college!
And a state fair connection, wow!
Welcome to Minnesota.
What a career he's had. He's definitely made some great decisions along the way. This is what, his fourth or fifth hit show? He has such a likeable personality, like that friendly, handsome dad next door type of vibe.
True. Even some of his shows that weren't successful were good (Sports Night, Dirty Sexy Money, The Catch)
We call that a Q rating. He’s a classic working actor in the vein of likability, Trust, looks etc. audiences have a natural positive response that helps keep your hands off the remote.
@@gocproductions5 -- Well if that's what you call it, his Q rating is very high.
My daughter and I were huge fans of Peter when we watched “ Six Feet Under” . He looks fantastic and is so down to earth.
That show was pivotal for us. My daughter was a teenager and her and Claire were at the same stages in their young adulthood.
Loved him on Parenthood 😊
I really miss that show! And he dated his “ sister” from the show, Lauren Graham. Wish they were still together.
Loved him since Sports Night!
Literally came here to make a Sports Night joke. He will always be Casey McCall to me
I just watched Six Feet Under for the first time - this healed my mourning for Nate ❤
He's awesome, Love him!! 💜
That man gets better looking over time!
I love Bobby and Athena too. Peter and Angela are great together
Peter Krause. So elegant and cool. Loved him in that show where he was a thief.
The Catch..
He just always seems to show up in great shows - from Sports Nite, to 6 Feet Under to Parenthood
He's had a great career for sure. Even that spy-type show he was on was good although I didn't feel he had great chemistry with his co-star.
@@ML-xh6rdThe Catch! I liked that show. Definitely a Shona Rhimes show😂😂😂
Sports Night! 😍
@@carynw2625 -- I think many would agree that was his big break.
I didn't know that was how you say his last name. 😮😮😮 But *happy sigh* I love Peter Krause. 🥰🥰😁
Living near Kristen, & Dax would be my dream, they're Hilarious, awesome, & good humans!! 💜
Wow, seriously? Everything about them annoys me. I actually had to just scroll to the part about the 9-1-1 show.
It is a real place! Saw Peter in Lysistrata at Gustavus way back then. Also worked the MN state fair. :)
If you haven’t watched Six Feet Under, it’s probably the absolute greatest show to ever exist. Dropped recently on Netflix and still as incredible as ever.
Phenomenal show. The tears were sure flowing the last few episodes
They’re just not going to address the fact that him and Dax were brothers on parenthood? That’s criminal
That’s what I was thinking!
Good point.
6 ft under is one of my all time favorite shows!
Yes, same here- I just rewatched it❤️
Lookin Good Cap! Love him in 9-1-1.
I loved him as Adam Braverman on Parenthood! Best show ever!
I find Jimmy Kimmel the best late night host. He come out without repeating his name or blabbering gibberish. His guests are interesting and Guillermo is the best sidekick.
This was such a fun interview. I love Peter on 911!
Still feel his work on Six Feet Under is his BEST EVER!!! 👏👏👏🏆🏆🏆🥇🥇🥇🔥🔥🔥
I prefer him on Sports Night.
It was very easy to immerse myself into the lives of that very interesting family, another show that clicked that way for me was This Is Us.
Surprised Jimmy or Peter didn’t mention the episode of Six Feet Under where the opening scene death was a hiker mauled by a mountain lion.
Didn't they also burn down the house across the street from the Fishers in an early season one episode? So they could it tie back to that one episode! :)
We love peter Krause
I have been a huge fan since Six Feet Under. He is such a great actor. Never knew I was saying his last name wrong.
911 is my show.
SFU and Parenthood are two of the best shows ever.
He's still as gorgeous as he was back in the "Sports Night" days...❤
I made myself dinner and intended to watch monday's monologue, but stopped when I saw Peter Krause! I loved him first on "Sports Night", then "Six Feet Under". I made myself fish and chips😂😂😂😂😂😂
I swear this guy doesn’t age
If you’re a fan of this man, try and find a series called The Catch….great fun….
Put this man in all the shows.😅
Had to watch because I’m obsessed with 911 and I love me some Bobby❤❤
Six feet under. Great show
He is such a genuine person
Bobby!!!!! Love him in 911
He still looks great!!!
Love him!
I've had a screen crush on Peter ever since 6 Feet Under. He seems like a great guy. He's really talented and very hot.🔥📺
so attractiv Peter!
Loved him on Six Feet Under, one of my favorites tv shows of all time !!
He's too good! Cap Nash 🎉❤
Haven’t watched the show but I’ll definitely check it out. Jimmy’s idea about the arsonist character sounds really cool! Especially if the character started performing arson because he was denied a bank loan when he lived in San Diego. Lol 😂
Yes I love 911 Peter great actor thanks Jimmy everyone and Guillermo have a great night and amazing morning if you know what I mean😮❤
LOL. I think that using the funeral home from Six Feet Under would have been funnier.
What a handsome and jacked 59 year old!!
I do love 9-1-1... except Chimney needs to quit chomping on that gum every episode!
Maybe bad breathe
I went to Gustavus, too!
Mountain lions are pretty shy around people... most people are lucky to even get to glimpse one. Obviously they would fight if cornered, but they prefer to run away from people and stake out easier and smaller prey.
Crazy because I’m watching Six Feet Under
Best show and series finale ever!!!
@@WendyDahling3 haven’t gotten to the end yet
Go Gusties!!
bobby nash forever
That arsonist should also go after Fisher & Sons.
He’s my favorite gif!
Today I learned I’ve been saying his last name as “crouse” not “krow-suh”
Go Gustavus!! I’m a Gustie alumni too!
Cougars man... When the girl's gotta prowl, the girl's gotta prowl.
YASHHHHH PETERRRR❤
Hayden rorke talk about Jeff chandler
I love himmm
Gustavusssss!
he's 59, look greats
Thats one helluva german nane. 👍
Norwegian, is what he said in the interview.
I would have liked to hear Peter talk a little more uninterrupted. Guy could hardly get a word in edgewise.
That's so true
Firefighters, please, not firemen. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
Wait, Disney bought Fox? As in, Ron Desantis has something to look forward to? Make the popcorn!
Yes - a few years ago. That's why Marvel (also owned by Disney) now had Deadpool, and you're starting to see X-Men characters pop up in Marvel movies. Marvel's even working on a new Fantastic 4 movie.

Not me thinking his last name was Krause like mouse

Aging magnificently!
is he related to Peter Kraus? (musician) he looks a little bit similiar and the age could be fitting for a cousin.
He feels like a human from an alternate reality where people are relaxed, open, mature and nice.
Very odd.
He is, after all, a Minnesotan.

Peter Krause on Living Next to Kristen Bell & Dax Shepard, Mountain Lion Encounter & 9-1-1 on ABC
😻💗🧸
Was he on Sports Night?
Yes, he was. He played Casey 3:20
opposite of "movie star charisma", and that's A Good Thing
