A 4 bedroom home with what is little more than a kitchenette? Also, why, oh why waste space in a breakfast bar in the same room as the dining table? The living room is too small to accommodate the number of people who could well be in the house. Just by squaring up the back of the house the footprint would allow a significant increase in the utility of this house.
