Personally I like a foyer - place to put clothes and shoes at the front door since we don't wear shoes in the house, but otherwise, this is perfect. Excellent layout.
It would be so helpful if you could include the square feet as well as the meters. Persons in the USA don't understand meters. I feel that you are losing potential customers by not providing that info.
Most of this house is nice. Two things that are not so nice and one thing that is dangerous and contrary to building code in most jurisdictions. Start at the front door. The eave of the garage roof is almost centred on the front door. If it is raining anyone coming to the house is going to get soaked. Because of the volume of water, there is a great potential for leaks and eventually structural damage. The other not nice thing is that kitchen. You have a 3 bedroom house of reasonable size but not room for a good, working kitchen! The stove in the picture is a narrow, 24 inch stove. A family home requires a standard 30 inch stove as the minimum. The other thing with the kitchen is the dishwasher. It is unusable as is because cabinets in the side are blocking the door. If you move the dishwasher out so it can be used the cabinet door will not open. There is also very little storage for pots, pans and all the rest of a decent batterie de cuisine. The third, and dangerous, issue is an easy fix, but it is something that should not need pointing out to a qualified architect. You cannot have a glass door between house and garage. That door must be a fire door made of metal with a magnetic gasket to seal against carbon monoxide entering the home. The fix for the kitchen is easily accomplished as well. Lengthen the garage and move the laundry machines there and expand the kitchen into the existing laundry room. Put a pair of french doors leading from the dining area into the back garden. Suddenly you have space for a good kitchen.
