I live in Kigali, we're very familiar with this transport system by using tap&go cards ( cashless) I recommend other African countries to use it! The queues are well organized in bus stations. Security and Hygiene in our City of Kigali have become a culture.
Now this is great! In Kenya we are only bragging of flats that belong to foreigners and nothing developmental of our own. It’s not difficult to have these systems to curb traffic in Nairobi but we are still in slumber while someone embezzle public funds….
You also forgot to mention that the transport regulatory body in Rwanda called "Rura" obliges that whenever buses stop at their designated standa to drop passengers, the maximum they can wait for other passengers to board should be 3min atleast if the bus was to delay continuing the journey. Also, the buses should be brand new. No commutor taxis are allowed in Kigali except country side. Also their hire bicycles where you pick them on the road side ride to where you want and return them and you pay accodingly.They are monitored by their owners on remort basis and cant be stollen.

Rwanda is a spotlessly clean and organised town out of all the other East African countries. Is it because Rwanda is not an over populated country making it easier to run. I am looking at that Bus park/Bus Station and comparing it to "Bus Station" along "Hakati Road" in Nairobi, Kenya which is down right untidy indeed! You will find the seats at bus station in Nairobi are now being used to store wooden structures and bales of sacks where people should be sitting! Food is now being cooked and sold with cutlery occupying the benches/seats..Cobblers are repairing shoes inside the terminus...There is just a lot of disorder there! Why did you ask him at 6:26 Nyanza...We are going to Nairobi?! We are going to Kenya..Instead of simply telling him first that the name also exists in Kenya😎🤔!

It is nice and good.But I think the country has a favourable population. In Tanzania, Dar-es-Salaam we have the named DART, but the problem is the exponential increase of the population in the city and now it is approximately 6 million people. Imagine how can it be organized in such a population.
