Have you ever feel that there isn't enough time in the Burnout 3's road rage? For me, yes, I have. There wasn't enough time for me to reach 300 takedowns. I just found the solution. The takedown camera is an only obstacle. If the takedown camera is switched on, it wastes a player time a lot. That means you and me gonna have not enough time and loss continuity as well. In a nutshell, if you want to score 300+ takedowns, switch the takedown camera off.
This is just a normal day on the highways of Florida.
Legendary. 337 takedowns...with the Hot Rod. Anyone who has ever played this game knows how insanely difficult this must have been to accomplish...and you made it look easy. It's a shame nobody really plays B3 anymore. You could have been a legend back in the day.

It wasn't effortless, but you just don't know some techniques.
no takedown camera too. that's how the pros do it.

@@caga04 They're a lot more likely to make you crash than to save you from one.
@@forasago If you crash during the first second of the takedown cam you crash but during the 2nd you are invincible

I think you're deserve to be world burnout's road rage champion at first place with 337 takedown using Classic Hotrod.
I think I took at second cuz my records is 244 takedown with black Super Type 1 (Ferrari Modena).
Then, I can say my older brother's took at third place with 237 takedown using red Super Assassin (Porsche Carrera GT).
All I've said it just probablity, maybe there are many records more than us in the whole world, but they just do not tell it.

I use boost all the time to get a killstreak
My guy you just held down the boost button for the whole race and instantly got 500 takedowns
Am not 100% sure what my record is for Silver Lake in either direction, but for Downtown (SB) yesterday, I got 104 takedowns. Wasn't easy at all though because that map is a nightmare lol. And yes, it's 2020 and am still playing Burnout 3 haha!
I feel like this hot rod and the custom muscle were the 2 best cars for road rage. I think the highest I ever got to was 202. I gotta find a decent PS2 so I can pick up this game again. Best soundtrack ever, like DOOM 2016 doesn’t even come close.
I agree with you but I personally find the muscle type 1 to be the best since it doesn't drift as much as the custom muscle.

my pb was 85 in 2008 and 125 in 2010 played with the first compact car, very nice pb (personal best) for 337 !

Does anyone know when the game decides to stop the road rage? I've survived a few times without the fatal crash en it looks like the game stops you after just 20 minutes, also in Silverlake itself.
I don't really understand how he can go 28 minutes here. I didn't see something to change it ingame so i'm wondering how it works. Anyway great performance ofc with the hotrod!
That's why road rage was best in burnout 3; it doesn't have a time limit. In the beginning it says extra time in x3 takedowns but eventually it doesn't really mean anything
That’s hard to say since there is no in-game clock shown on the screen. I believe it’s random.

Silver lake is the only place you can achieve that amount of takedowns since it is the easiest one, don't dare to try it on downtown or you'll end up frustrating for real

According to the game age, nobody care anymore even though it is good or bad. The Euro Circuit Racer is too fast and furious for me to control it, accurately. The Hod Rod is not fast as the Euro Circuit Racer but it heavier, which means easier to control, in my opinion.

Well, I did more with non-related witness's around to watch before this video was ever posted. Sure i cede to the guy the puts it up on youtube, i didn't have the ability to record my run. This is the most i have ever seen with the hot rod though, i prefer the custom coupe ultimate when pushing the takedown number pretty high up. I've hit over 400 did well over 100 takedowns on damage critical and i like flying around the track at near max speed.

It's simple, the guy used a game bug, he drives a heavy car and the bots have some light, so it's easy to get them out of the way. Remember that if you choose a car from a given group, the bots drive the same cars as you! And here we see that there are completely different cars. In this way, I can make records. btw my are 93 super fast cars :)
The hot rod is a special car, and using it in any game mode will make your opponent use muscle class just like custom coupe ultimate makes your opponent use coupe class cars, euro circuit racer makes your opponents use super class cars

41 takedowns, may not the best, but still I'd done it with first three I'd having fuck ups here and there, but the last 36 or so we're done at critical damage

I know many raging people would need many times to Takedown... if compare to another burnout games I think the 3 Takedown would win the road rage... so I would think if the TD camera turned on is good for someone need to see how the car wrecks so I still turned on... I only play to unlock cars XD
Carflo blys gaming Channel However, turn the Impact cam on cause losing time and discontinuity of combo.
In particular situations, the Impact cam has saved my rear end from certain death because of strange game physics lol but I totally understand not wanting to have it on to have a better sense of flow.
I amazed myself a couple of months back with a 100+ record on B3. Ive hit 200 before on legends but that game is easy since in road rage arcade mode the AI barely even tries to attack you lol (or at least on my copy of legends)

I play burnout legend and just get 295 until run out of time. In this game getting grinding takedown almost impossible coz it take 3-5 secs to get ur opponent out. Unlike this game, it only take 1.5-2 secs for grinding takedown. U know it is a waste of time. Oh one more psyche out takedown also sometimes impossible to get hmmm :(

I don't know which version you played but mine has only 35 minutes in the Road Rage mode before the message "OUT OF TIME" is popped up on a tele. That's why I have to be rushed.
