Dominator is the absolute peak of Burnout themes, I've never heard instrument selection nearly as perfect for a game's theme song as I have this. They did my early teens that were full of Burnout 2 great justice.
RIP Burnout, the game that I grew up with, burnout one was the best as I was housebound and recovering from hospital back when I was a kid, and being a kid with no family was hard but burnout was always there for me, I'm 27 now and I still miss the good old days of having my buddies round and playing split screen, and burnout paradise was awesome and introduced me to alot of crazy people around the world, my favourite game series through the teen years of my life. Now at age 27 whenever I hear paradise city on the radio it always makes me smile and reminds me of a time when I was just happy to be alive, now with work, bills and depression life just never feels like I will have it as good as I did back then, I hope that in the future for the next generation they will have something as fun and as memorable as burnout.
Absolute Pure Nostalgia. There is a reason it became Revenges theme (on Xbox 360) and Dominators theme as well. To me that theme is quintessential *BURNOUT!*
Lack of crash mode is the only thing honestly, apart from that is one of the best Burnouts, the Dominator mechanic is honestly amazing and really fun, while still being really challenging as well, infact i would argue Dominator is the hardest Burnout to complete

I still play Revenge to this day. In fact, I played it earlier 🗿 It’s such a nostalgic game for me, and I agree with you, I really like the fact the car changes every time you start up the game. Also, the “Revenge Racer” (which you unlock at 100% completion) made me so happy to finally unlock because that car was basically a fantastic paint job (and it performs a little better too lol) for the car I found to be my favorite in the game anyways. Gran Turismo 3 and 4, (then 2, 1, 5, Sport, and now 7) Burnout: Revenge, and Need for Speed: Prostreet are always going to have a special place in my heart as the best racing games (and some of the best games) of my childhood 😌

I much rather consider "Lazy Generation" the theme of Burnout 3 and not the title music, since it's the first song you hear everytime you boot it up before the title screen.
I remember loving 3 and Revenge. At some point I also got Dominator, but sorry, didn't like it as much, at least it wasn't fun enough to be nostalgic for me now. But Revenge especially, is a masterpiece in my mind.
