Such an amazing and complete tutorial. Thank you guys, you are awesome. One more question left - to publish the contract on a polygon or Ethereum mainnet - should we just change metamask network and work with truffle as we did with rinkeby?

I am curious about this as well. From what it looks like in the video, we should be able to just add infuria keys and real wallet to the .env file, and do all the steps where we wrote "--truffle" and use "--main"
I haven't attempted this yet, still waiting for the artist who wants me to list things, so definitely wait for someone who's done it to reply. If no one responds within the next week while he finishes, I'm going to wing it and let you know lol

@@gordonstewart99 Check out CodeStackrs 1 hour video, same thing, only it doesnt use the ERC21 smart contract. You could import this ERC21 smart contract in but it would require some tweaking

First of all, this is an AMAZING tutorial/masterclass. I just had one question.
For the PS Script, how do I change the rarity of certain layers? It works GREAT, I just wanted to know how to do that, if it's possible. Some of the layers I want to have like a 1% rarity and I'm not sure if there's a way to give the option to do that.

Update: NGL, this tutorial is such a breeze at 1.25x speed. 😜
your answer Its already in tis vide on the first half. just add a # before the .png on the layer. ( the lower the rarity number the rarer it is so backgroundYellow#1.png makes it real rare. and backgroundBlue#100.png makes Blue show more often.

All I had to do for the Mac M1 was to make sure that my node JS was set to 14.18.2, any higher versions gave an error. Took a while to figure that out, but yeah, it worked, lol. Great job and thanks for the tool!

I had a really good concept but once I learned you have to build up hype, do nft drops, do a lot of marketing, build a community around your art, create a fake story for the project, I got turned off. I will still probably release but I am not going to do all those things. I made my collection as an inspirational kind of thing, not easy for 1 artist to create that environment. I don't want a big dev and marketing team and since that seems to be the route it's going now, it is discouraging. All the art is done, but I've put the rest on the back burner for now.

Going to run this on testnet tomorrow and see how it works. I've had solidity developers quoting 3-5k for minting and pre sale contract. Hopefully i can learn this and launch my collection very soon. Just waiting for the artist to finish the layers.

What differences did you have to change in order to deploy to the mainnet? Just add infuria keys and do all the dapp steps using "--network main" for the commands?

1. In the dapp section, how do you copy the build and index to your own server?
2. Why do I need to be on the Rinkeby test network? Is it to just test? Or should I switch to the Ethereum network afterwards and do the whole process from scratch again?

1. once everything is on an online server contracts deployed and the minting dapp, will changing the code in VS, such as enabling/disabling WL or adding addresses to WL, effect the website or is there another step?
2. How much does the total release cost? Watching the video on TH-cam, the 1hr22 masterclass, it seemed it was minimal ETH?
